Great, quality dog food & service. I chose this company because they produce recipes which are species appropriate, and omit nasty artificial mineral packs, which can cause serious health issues. If a food is good enough, you don't need to add artificial minerals and vitamins. It's also cold pressed, and cooked at far lower temperatures than dry extruded kibble, which relies heavily upon artificial additives. The only criticism I would make is that the recipes are lacking in carbohydrates, which has caused my healthy dog to lose weight. It isn't a problem though, because I now add healthy carbohydrates separately.

Our two Romanian rescues absolutely love the insect food. They had sensitive tummies before but now no problems at all! Highly recommended

I just wanted to provide some feedback after successfully transitioning my three spaniels onto Wild.

We followed the guidance on the transitioning period, which worked really well. My dog’s bellies are now full of Wild food. Breakfast and dinner times have never created such excitement! They all absolutely LOVE the food - to the point that they spend ages after they’ve finished licking the bowls clean!
It took a little adjustment our end to get used to prepping the food that way, but it was well worth it.

We have now opted for the subscription option, which I have to say was really reasonable price wise.

There was an issue with the labelling being incorrect on the Rabbit recipe , the founder Ross addressed the issue very quickly and it has now been resolved! Great customer service and great dog food! Thankyou

Quick delivery, good advice and support on the website and the switch leaflet and to top it off a courtesy call to see how we were getting on with the new food and to offer advice with any challenges we were having due to the change of diet.

My dog loves the food, empty bowl every time. It helped massively with her stools, so we now have well formed, normal dog poo! Also, the ethos of the company really resonated with me and they are incredibly responsivewhen you get in touch. Very happy customer, definitely reccommend.

Excellent food at a reasonable price. I just add a scoop of boiling water to it and leave it to soak for a couple of minutes to soften it. Sometimes I add some bone broth to it or some fresh veg or a tiny bit of raw meat for variety. She always eats every scrap and is full of vitality.

I cancelled my orders with Bug Bakes several days before dispatch and requested a full refund, exactly in line with their published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Despite sending multiple emails in advance, my requests were ignored. The company had sufficient time to cancel but chose to ship the orders anyway.
Their policy clearly states that cancellations received before dispatch qualify for a full refund including postage. I followed this policy to the letter.
I refused delivery and requested the refund I am entitled to. This experience shows poor communication and a failure to honour stated terms. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I’ve been really impressed with Wild. The food is clearly high quality, with good, straightforward ingredients and no unnecessary fillers. My cocker spaniel loves it, and I like that there’s no fuss or overcomplicated choice, everything feels well thought out and transparent. The subscription service works smoothly and reliably, which makes feeding one less thing to worry about. Overall, a great product that does exactly what it promises.
