This dog food is fantastic, I’ve been cooking my own for my two spaniels but this is so much easier and convenient plus good poos 😁 I do a 50/50 mix of meat and cold compressed and they love it

Quality ingredients and you can see they are a company that cares.

I recieved a call after buying my first bag - very thoughtful customer service to see how my dog was getting on with the food.

Also excellent communication and delivery.

Food is great, love seeing the ingredients.
The delivery was poor, the courier chucked it over the gate, dog ripped open the packing and demolished 1.2kg, made him very ill !

Food arrived quickly, and we'll packaged. My puppy seems to be enjoying the food. The company is great, they have tried to call to see how hes doing on the food. unfortunately, ive been at work the times they've tried. However I definitely recommend this food, the company definitely seem to care, a lot about there customers

The food is of the highest standard;expensive yes but you get what you pay for. I purchased both kibble and frozen fresh.
I found the company answered all my questions and gave me first rate advice regarding transitioning my dog onto their food

Really disappointed that the food has changed to a higher fat percentage without being informed when having it on subscription. I have had one very poorly dog!! This was the first food we've found worked but unfortunately will no longer be using.

My woofs love the food. Delivery is quick and the one time the parcel was damaged in transit the customer service was exemplary

Wild pet food is high quality, low processing at a reasonable price. They seem to genuinely care and it makes me really happy to support a business that thinks about the impact they have in every direction. Easy to order from. Quick delivery. Responsive to customer contact. Open to ideas and want to keep improving. Just great really. Been buying for over a year now as wanted to get close to raw diet without being raw. Also wanted 80:20.

Very happy with the change to Wild duck from the frozen raw meat dog food we used to have .
So much more convenient to use , and because a complete food , no need to add additional fibre /fruit/veg as we did to the raw meat only food.
Customer service made complete with a complimentary call to ask how it was all going , from Kirsty , who easily answered a couple of questions we had .

Really pleased to support a company that is not a large corporate , but a small UK business. High scores on All about dog food led us to Wild Pet Food - and very pleased it did.

Great support from Rachel on chat. Our pup was suffering after going straight to 80/20 and after all the advice and choices we choose to reduce back to Wild Gentle. What a difference its made however we will eventually end up on 80/20 but was a little too soon. Lovely coat, lovely gut and really pleased with the product, the support and in general his wellbeing!

The quality of the food is outstanding. Superb communication and super speedy delivery.

Good food, the dogs love it

Both my dogs love this food!
Initially used just on a treat basis and following the very helpful enclosed advice, our little terrier is on it almost completely. Unfortunately our collie dog has renal disease so is restricted to having this food on a treat basis.
Great, efficient delivery with lots of helpful tips to introduce this food into their diet.

The super speedy delivery was a refreshing change and my dog adores the food…he comes running from where lever he is when he smells that bag opening!

Fast efficient ordering and delivery. Great advice on transitioning. My dogs absolutely love this food it’s a big hit with all 3 cocker spaniels who can be quite fussy. Highly recommend trying this food great ingredients quality food!

So supportive, great customer service.

My small dog does extremely well on this food. She is 12 years old & recently had a major operation, the vet was impressed by her health & fitness, & how her vital signs remained stable throughout a 4 hour period. The vet believes this is all due to diet & fitness.
I supplement her Wild food with organic fruit & vegetables etc & keep her away from damaging pharmaceuticals, chemicals & any rubbish wherever possible - including exposure to microplastics.
I was shocked when I received my recent delivery & it is now in what appears to be a plastic type bag. I had received an email advising of a packaging change but I trusted Ross (the founder of the Company) & believed he truly cared about what our dogs consume, so assumed the new packaging would be ecologically responsible & safe. (See UPDATE BELOW).
I now find myself in a dilemma. Do I risk feeding my dog the food she thrives on, now with added microplastics, for her remaining years. Knowing the dangers of consuming such poison could curtail her longevity & mental acuity, I am loath to take the risk.
She had a very poor start in life, born in a puppy farm & in terrible condition when I got her. I have spent 12 years making it up to her & cannot stop now.
UPDATE: I must say I am very impressed by the Customer Service team & Owner of this Company. The CS team brought my review to the attention of Ross, the Owner, & he telephoned me himself. He has assured me the new packaging has less microplastics than the old paper looking sort. A lot of research is ongoing to find any packaging that is oil-proof & microplastic free.
We had a wide discussion, which included recycling & the new packaging is recyclable too. Whether it is home recycling or at larger supermarkets is dependent upon your local council. Ross took the trouble to find out whether my local council accepted it, but sadly it was a “no”. However the good news he told me Ocado do accept it 🤩
