Wigs by Patti's Pearls has great customer service, so many pieces to choose from, and great sales! Besides that Patti offers so much great info through her videos.

Had my first and last experience with this company. Have been following a social media influencer and finally decided to purchase one. Received and immediately when opening the box, knew it was the wrong color. Proceeded to at least turn the wig right-side out, only to confirm that is was not going to work. Never even placed on my head and the company is refusing to return it saying the elastic is stretched/buckled. Never even left my hand and after watching an influencer unbox many, I knew how carefully they needed to be handled. Don't ever purchase from this company, as they are dishonest and will not refund you.

I have just received more hopeful communication, both in the response attached to this review, and via telephone. I am encouraged and am hopeful that this will be appropriately handled by this business.

I agree with others about this site. In the past have had good luck but my last purchase was a total ripoff! I bought "what I thought was going to be new in the box" Raquel Welch wig but what they sent me was what looked like a return or demo wig that wasn't even packaged correctly and had been brushed through and even had a weird small. Bad enough it cost me nearly $25 to return w/ ins. but they had the nerve to charge me a $25 restocking fee!!! You've been warned!!!

Pattis Pearls is a very easy and efficient place to shop for wigs. They have a large selection and excellent prices.

After experiencing tremendous hair loss I was plunged into the world of hair pieces and toppers. In less than a month I was able to educate myself and feel secure that I have made several purchases and am thrilled with the overall experience. Customer service -Jen was paramount to this process. She has helped me on every turn. She has helped me place orders, counseled me on my overall needs. She has placed orders, helped me to find the best pieces when there is a fundamental lack of product after covid. She has been pleasant, consistent, thoughtful and truly kind. I could not be more grateful for her help. If you look at my small purchases in the recent past you will noticed that she has has helped me with every order in one way or another.
Patty got my attention with her personality in videos-Jen will keep my business with her help, kindness and knowledge.

The consultant Nikki Dennis, was very nice and respectful. I had many questions which she answered. She placed my order with ease. It was nice doing business with her.

I have interacted with customer support on two separate occasions, and both times I found the experience very helpful. Because of the hair shortage due to the government shutdowns world wide, Jen was able to help me with alternative options during my latest email exchange. She was able to access information for me quickly and included pictures and expected wait times as well as what is currently in stock.

Because wigs are expensive and a real commitment, I appreciate how Patti's team spends time to help me make the right choices. Also, Patti's YouTube videos are the best, most helpful information on the web on about any wig or any wig topic.

I called patty‘s pearls to order my first wig. I’ve done six months of research on wigs. I talked to Anastasia and she was a gem. She was so kind and so helpful and told me a lot about the care of a wig. Now I am so excited for my wig to come. I have a feeling that I will be developing a great relationship with patty‘s pearls.
