Excellent customer service!
I have purchased several items from Patti’s Pearls and they have always been supper diligent in updating me on any issues with the wig manufacture. Exchanging a wig is a breeze and their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend them!

Your customer service is great! I called in to ask someone to help me pick a color in a different wig that was closest to a wig color that I’m used to wearing. She was great to work with. She helped me do it in two different brand names. I always buy from Pattis Pearls. Their prices are great especially when using the 30% off coupons. They have the largest variety to choose from.

The Best Customer Service Around!!!…
It was very nice talking and speaking with a real live person!! That made me feel more comfortable and confident about placing my order. I could ask questions and get them all answered! I purchased a wig from Pattis Pearls,when I finally received it and unpackaged the wig I noticed the color wasn't right and the fit was not great either.
.I have watched several shows on QVC with Toni Brattin demonstrating the beautiful adorable wig and mine looked nothing like it.I packaged up the wig and sent it back the next day.Pattis Pearls received it, it has now been 8 days, they said they would email me and with my emails not being answered I finally decided to call them.I was going to do an exchange, but it has been one hassle after another, then decided they should give me a refund instead, she says that will be a $25 restocking fee.In their exchange rules they have 1st exchange free and refund free, then further down they say $25 restocking fee for refunding back to your card????? This Company does not have a good rating with Sitejabber,a lot of women are dissatisfied.Will not be going back to this store, they lost out on a sale.

We are sorry to hear the piece wasn’t right for you. When trying a new piece, it’s normal to have some trial and error before you find the right one. We’re always happy to provide color recommendations, or you can get a color ring to see the colors in person before purchasing a piece.
In your case, you emailed us after receiving it to say it was nicely packaged and had a beautiful color, but just not the right color for you. You requested that we put your funds to store credit until you were ready to purchase your exchange item. We received your returned item and had it at our office for only 1 day before issuing your credit. Within that time you had purchased from another company and wanted to use your purchase with them as your exchange item with us, which we explained is not how exchanges work. We responded to all of your emails and phone calls promptly.
As clearly stated in our return policy, the first exchange or store credit is free per every new order, and there is a restocking fee for choosing a refund to your original purchase method. On the phone, we confirmed that policy with you several times, and you chose a refund to your card, which we issued immediately after the call.
The only review site we use is the credible TrustPilot where we have many satisfied customers.
Always fast
Always fast, efficient service from them. Customer service is quick to respond as well.

Disappointing service!
I have been a customer of Patti's Pearls for several years. Recently, I have noticed a downward trend of their customer service. Recently, I have received wigs that were obviously returned, and are in poor condition when I receive them. Had a wig, that not even worn for 1 week, fell apart. They did nothing to work with me! When I call, I am placed on perpetual hold. Then the long winded emails. Website needs an overhaul - contradicting return policies listed. And if you need to do a return - good luck! Their competitors offer FREE returns (shipping) and do not charge a processing fee. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Hi Erin, we take issue with your perception of our service. Your orders from the past 5 months, including your latest, were all new in-the-box products delivered directly from the manufacturer. You did not report to us any problem with these products. The item that “fell apart” actually had a clip come off of the adjuster strap two and a half months after you purchased the product from us. We have a process for suspected manufacturer defects found out of the box, but after that amount of time unfortunately wear and handling are a more likely explanation of product issues. Regarding being put on hold, our customer support team may need to confer with their lead or manager concerning style or color questions, or inventory checks, resulting in a brief hold. We believe that a complete answer delayed is better than an incomplete answer quickly. Similarly, our emails may go into detail as we attempt to provide exemplary service. Our return and exchange policy is clearly laid out in a link at the bottom of our homepage. Luck has nothing to do with a successful exchange or return—99.4% of all returns are accepted because our clients follow the guidelines in the policy. We wish you the best on the rest of your wig journey.

New to wigs, excellent service
I am new to wigs and the first wig I ordered was on backorder and not expected for a few months. I reached out to their customer service to see if they could find a similar wig for me that was in stock and cancel my original order. They kindly made it happen. Their customer service has been incredible!! I highly recommend Wigs by Patti's Pearls!
