Very disappointed with Patty's ordering and returning policy. I have seen all of her videos and really felt that she cared about people.
I measured my head per Patty's video and when I called customer service asking her what to order because my measurements were smaller. She said I would still need an average.
I ordered a wig in Average. Not only was it too large and bulky there's no way the color description matched. Med. brown isn't like dark chocolate. So after calling again I ordered a petite in a lighter color.
It was still DARK and too small. Its just impossible to order a color by their on line selection. I did order the color ring, but one little swatch is totally different than a whole head of hair.
So it was suggested I return it for a refund and order again, I didn't do that after finding out that the FREE shipping isn't on $50.00 orders but $99.00. I wasn't told that you had a "choice" of free shipping OR 30%. So I paid two times to return two wigs at $15.00 each time then paid $25.00 for restocking minus the discount because it fell below the $99.00 free ship. By the time all was done I lost.
I have to say Kelsy and Kaylin were very prompt with getting back to me.
However, there are other sites that offer better policies for exchange and returnds. Most all of them have NO restocking charge.
BE AWARE of all of the fine pring when ordering anything...

The customer service is top notch. Some places you run into one maybe two individuals who demonstrate superior support but at Pattispearls every one I came in contact with was kind,courteous, helpful and just overall great to work with. This demonstrates that customer service is viewed highly by this organization. I recommend them without hesitation.

I purchased my second Charlotte in Dark Amber HL, as with the other one I love it! It's perfect! Pattis Pearls staff rocks! They get me my purchases fast within 3-4 days! Wonderful experiences with those gals! Thank you all so much!

I have purchased many wigs and products from Wigs by Patti’s Pearls! The staff and customer service is top notch! They are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and respond very quickly! Every experience has been flawless. As a new wig wearer I was amazed that I could call and speak to a REAL person that would answer all my questions, even the silly ones! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you for your help and support!

Patti's service has been the best. Really. I noticed a problem on the web site and asked about it and they addressed it right away. Also I cancelled an order that had been on backorder (not their fault) and it was done easily and quickly. That kind of service is worth a million bucks! Not to mention they have the best prices around and reward points.

I purchased a wig that came direct from the manufacturer with a manufacturing defect. Patti’s staff was wonderful and helped me immediately. I can’t say enough about how great the service was. This was my first purchase from Patti’s Pearls and I will definitely be a return customer.

wow. I guess I should have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 wigs from this company and the first 2 wigs I was very satisfied with them and I get compliments all the time on them. I have referred many people to their website to order and now I am mortified about their policies. I ordered the 3rd wig December 8, 2020 (over 5 weeks ago) and I was just told that if USPS lost the wig then it is USPS's fault and they are not accountable for the loss of the shipment. So basically I am just out the money I spent on this wig. I have never heard of that before. I wanted to order another wig but now I am so disappointed I cannot see a reason to order from them again. I just feel sorry for others as a lot of people have health issues and are going through battles already and to be ripped off like this is just unreal. I am literally shocked by their customer service. No one cares.

I ordered a wig and wanted to cancel it before it shipped to ME (I also stated that I wanted to order a different wig to replace the one I ordered)- According to my acct it has not shipped yet so I called and was told the wig shipped from the manufacturer and was in route to Patti's Pearls. I was also told that if I wanted to cancel the order that I would be charged $25, which is 25% of what I paid for the wig. Most companies charge $10---- I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH PATTI'S PEARLS -which is a shame because I have alopecia (no hair AT ALL) and will most likely be ordering/wearing wigs for the rest of my life! I will dispute this charge with my bank!

I was charged $280 for an order I cancelled and am having a difficult time receiving my refund even though I have proof of cancellation.

RETURNED A WIG FOR AN EXCHANGE. IT WAS HIGH OCTANE THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN BRUSHED OUT AND WAS KNOTTED? AND FRIZZY. IT IS A FRIZZY WIG BUT I NEVER BRUSHED IT ETC.THIS WIG WAS PUT ON, HAD TOO MUCH HAIR FOR ME SO I WAS EXCHANGING. I KNOW BETTER THAN TO BRUSH THE WIG. SO OUT A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS.

Due to hair loss from Covid-19, I needed to purchase my first wig. Kaylin walked me through options and helped me choose the perfect color! It was such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Wigs by Patti's Pearls! They are wonderful people, great prices and beautiful wigs!

When I called Patti's today, some wonderful young woman picked up the phone and said Hi Valerie! Now that my friends is exceptional and personal service with a smile!!
There are many excellent places to buy wigs and accessories, but honestly all of my dealings with Wigs by Patti's Pearls have been outstanding. My phone calls are always answered immediately and my questions as well.
Thank you to all of the hard-working and kind people helping to make our lives a little more pleasant.

I purchased 3 wigs from Pattis pearls and until recently had nothing but positive experiences. I have a problem with my 2 of my recent purchases and have gotten no response from a customer service rep on one of them. One of the wigs I purchased was clearly poorly made and I was told it was fine. On my second problem wig I asked a question and was told there is a 20% variation in wogs, but the wig got stiff and matted in 2 wearings. When I asked what I could do about it I never received a response to 2 e mails.Apparently if you have a problem the customer service is poor. I wont be ordering from Pattis Pearls again. In reading prior reviews I believe that the last wig I purchases, Straight up with a twist was worn before, it was purchased in a sale so I agree with other reviewers.

I would never shop anywhere else! The customer service is outstanding, the shipping is fast and the deals are great! This is a business that really cares about their customers. I wish more people would put some positive reviews out there, instead of all of these whiney Karens complaining that they’re not the center of the universe! Amazing, amazing, amazing company! I promise!!

Unfortunately I won't be ordering from Patti's Pearls and I would advise others to be very weary of them. I tried to reach out to this company several times with a simple request (to see what the signature hairline looked like up close and if they had any customer reviews on it). They ignored me on multiple platforms and even left me on read on one of them. I was genuinely excited and ready to order from them but the fact that they couldn't even communicate to me what one of their signature products looks like or have the professionalism to respond whatsoever speaks volumes about their customer service. I cannot imagine how hard it would be to get a response from them if you were to receive a product that was damaged or had some other issue with it. I really wanted them to be my new go to store for wigs especially after seeing many informative YouTube videos by the company but responsiveness, professionalism and customer service is a deal breaker for me.

Bought my first wig from this company. Yes, it was on sale, and I understood it was not returnable, but I am convinced this wig is used! It is a Raquel Welch, and I have seen other RW in person. This looks nothing like any other RW I have seen! Seriously, it looks like one of those wigs you can buy at a Halloween store.....no, that is not true.....the Halloween $30 wigs looked better. Buyer Beware.

I ordered the start wig by Ellen Wille with no issues whatsoever in Aug/Sept. Because it was a great experience as a first time wig buyer, when I received an email for a sale and had done a little homework regarding what I wanted (pros and cons) I called Jessica and she was great at answering any and all questions I had regarding returns and colors (the website can only get so close). I called her multiple times to change my order and each time she was so pleasant and helpful! This time I ordered multiple wigs knowing I would most likely return something and she explained all policies regarding this. I did this because I've experienced a quality product before and my phone contact with Jessica was quality as well!

The last 2 transactions have been horrible. The one time they didn't tell me the wig I ordered wasn't in stock until it was scheduled to arrive and I had to call them to find out. This time (THE LAST TIME) I had to return. The color wasn't at all what it looked like on the website. It was also a lot longer than 12". I had to pay to return it, They not only did not reimburse the shipping I paid, but took another 25.00. I am out almost 100.00 total. So what am I suppose to do...Give them 5 stars? !!!
