Tickets are Euro 38,- but they charge Euro 15,- extra for service fee. You have to click on "read more" to see the extra fee price. A bit misleading. for not showing it directly.

SCAMMED! I googled Sisi Museum tickets and the top listing for tickets was Wientickets.org.
I purchased thinking that it was a legitimate source but then realised that the tickets are 20 euro face value. I instantly asked for a refund and didn’t receive a response from the seller.
I did receive an email then from the imperial museum for €20. I was charged nearly double by this cowboy third party website for absolutely zero service provided. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not buy a museum ticket from this merchant. They highly overcharge you.

This is a scam!! Do not buy!!!! They increase the prices in your credit card bill double what you “paid”. I don’t even know if the tickets are legit so buying from the authorized site. This site is impersonating the real site. DO NOT BUY
No es sitio oficial pero aparece como tal. Cargan unos gastos de gestion desorbitados, 13.90 eur para una entrada de 20 euros. No indican el desglose del precio total de la entrada en la pantalla, tan solo existe , ya en letra mucho más reducida, una casilla que se debe aceptar para continuar comprando, donde se aceptan las condiciones de compra. Y justo debajo la siguiente frase sin terminar, con puntos suspensivos : "los gastos de reserva ya están incluidos en el precio total... Leer más". Y hay que entrar ahi para ver que los gastos son 13.90 eur.
Les he solicitado factura con desglose y no me han hecho caso.
He podido comprobar que se trata de una empresa ubicada en Barcelona y voy a hacerles una reclamación a través de la OCU por tasa de servicio abusiva, e información engañosa y oculta.
They present themselves as an official Vienna website, but are just a third party selling highly overpriced tickets for attractions. € 33,90 for the Sisi Museum which normally costs € 20,-. I thought then it must include another museum too — not the case. They call it “a service fee” for which you pay € 13,90. Safe yourselves a breakfast and don’t buy here.
This site is not the official Hofburg Palace ticket seller. Prices were much higher than the official website. For tickets, only to book directly through the official site.

Extortionate Pricing: I was charged €53.00 for a ticket that officially costs €38.00.
Concealing Discounts: As a student, I am entitled to the €31.50 rate, but this site deliberately provided NO option for student/resident discounts to maximize their profit.
Deceptive Design: The site is designed to look like the official government-run website to trick tourists.
