Austyn was absolutely amazing! He really understands the industry, intricacies with contracts, negotiations and the way our self employed incomes can look. He will also be quite happy to speak to Mortgage providers and 'fight our corner' for us. This takes Actors and creatives off the "they'll be too difficult" pile for lenders and makes us a real person. I managed to get a high street mortgage in the end which was something I thought was a pipe dream.

Austyn was also great at chatting through other bits with regards to purchasing a property, and nothing seemed to phase him, even with silly questions!

I could not recommend him and Mortgages For Actors more - and I don't say that lightly! Thank you!!

My Fiance and I recently completed on our first home under Austyn's guidance and have to say he was excellent from start to finish! He was very knowledgeable and was always on hand to answer questions whether on the phone or via WhatsApp, no matter how small/silly they seemed. He also held regular zoom calls with us to make sure he could find the best deal and keep us informed of next steps following key milestones, and was very reactive to updates from the bank and solictors. We had a slight grievance with our solicitors that Austyn had found for us as they were very slow and often difficult to get hold of, but when we fed this back to him he took full responsibility and acknowledged the issue, he then personally took to chase the solicitors on our behalf and handled it very well until completion. Overall we would definitely reccomend him to anyone, especially other first time buyers!

Austyn arranged my mortgage and helped ease our worries and any concerns. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very approachable (even with my silly questions!). Would definitely recommend!
