One star is even too many stars. THIS IS A SCAM.

I wish I could take stars AWAY from these people. This is an absolute TRASH company. If you love throwing money away, spend it here. If not, save yourself time and energy and DON'T! I ordered my box in early October. Never received it. Never received a refund either. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. An absolutely despicable company. I ordered from them on October 13th, 2021. I requested a refund on November 16th due to my order still not even being shipped out by then. It’s now November 29th and I still haven’t received my refund & I’ve reached out twice and they haven’t responded. Disgusting scam of a company

Ordered a $95 unclaimed mail package on august 11. I was sent a fake tracking number that day and have since reached out via email atleast 3 times. They just keep saying ‘your order will ship in the next 2 weeks, we have a lot of orders at the moment.’ SCAM. 100000% do not waste your money.

I ordered at the end of October 2021. As of today November 28th 2021 I have received nothing. I also asked for a refund. They had me fill out a form. I received no confirmation they received the form for processing my return. I emailed them and a rep said they would get to it asap. I filed a formal complaint through the BBB and will be disputing the charge with my bank tomorrow, 11/29/21. This company may have been great once but is now nothing more than a scam site.

Absolutely not as described. Every bag brand new! These have never been sitting somewhere, unclaimed. They are packaging this stuff themselves. Lesson learned yet again! Sounds like a scam.....it's probably a scam!

I placed an order in August. I still had not received it 2 months later and I asked for a refund, that was in October. we are now at the end of November. I cannot get anybody to give me an update on the refund they agreed to process and now they're not responding to any of my emails. 150.00 not returned!! Who can I reach out to??

Never shipped me or my husband’s completely separate purchases, and then refused to refund us. Had to do chargebacks. Scam.

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!! We ordered an undelivered package box in July. It had not arrived 8 weeks later. After numerous emails and excuse after excuse, I was told we would be receiving a refund. I had to send numerous emails the weeks following chasing the refund and was finally sent a refund email, however the refund was never received by my bank. MY BANK CONFIRMED I WAS GIVEN A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION NUMBER FOR THE REFUND!! WE NOW HAVE TO PRESS LEGAL ACTIONS TO GET OUR MONEY RETURNED!! STAY AWAY!!!

This is a Scam. My package never arrived and its be 4 months long email battle with them for refund. I haven't got my refund yet. Be aware!!!! DO NOT BUY.

I wish I could give this company ) stars. DO NOT ORDER they are a SCAM!! I placed a order for unclaimed mail Aug 11, 2021 still have not received my package, emailed company 10 times since Aug 30. I get the same answer they are backed up. they gave me a fake Fed Ex number as well. This company needs to be shut down. If there is a class action suit please reach out. They need to be sued.

100% scam. Even the reviews on their website are suspicious because there is not ONE 1 star review when there sure are a plenty on trusted REVIEWing type websites. I ordered 3 boxes. After the Delivered by date came and went with no movement from California, I started looking into reviews. Sure enough, it was the same issue for the majority. At this point, I’ve accepted to $250+ loss. 100% SCAM!!!

I purchased a box and waited a month to receive it. I called and was told there were only so many boxes that could be picked up per day and that they were so busy, etc. I did receive my box of Target returns, but it was clearly junk that no one wanted, definitely not worth the $300 retail that they advertise. Included was a stained rug, a broken porcelain figure, Target dollar spot items. I priced all the items only and it was not worth what I even paid for it. I assume they go through and get anything worth value and sell the rest just to make more money.
Will not purchase again!

Consider yourself lucky if you ever receive anything from this company (although others have said it’s garbage if you do) They will send a bogus FedEx tracking number shortly after you order - the items are never actually shipped. I’m out $156. Wish I’d read reviews other than the ones on their site before ordering

It took one month to receive my order and only a few days after I filed a complaint. The package had not moved in 25 days until I made issue of it. Only a tracking number was issued. If I wouldn't have questioned it, it would still be setting on the dock or not even processed. Unacceptable!

This is one of the worst companies I ever had to deal with I purchased a box months ago a place numerous calls , emails and messages back and forth but there was never a resolution to this issue so I finally ask for a refund I has to fill out a form on there site so I waited 3 - 5 days in that time frame. so after waiting I Receive a email from W i bargain stating that my refund was processed. so I check my bank but there was no refund all lies I am so disappointed with this people so evil no heart and even to steal people hard earn money! ugh

October 18th, 2021 I ordered a box of General Merchandise (Wholesale Box) for $156.00. I received this box and decided to order 2 more. On October 21st, 2021 I purchased 1 Amazon Unclaimed Mail box for $66.50 and on October 22nd 2021, I ordered another box just the same for $66.50. I received a tracking number for FedEx but noticed that my status for delivery was in Pending. On October 29th, 2021, I contacted WiBargain through their support email and spoke with "Jacob" who apologized and stated that they were experiencing higher than normal order volume and were working as quickly as possible to get the orders shipped out. I emailed November 3rd, 2021, and again complained that it had been 2 weeks and the shipping status still showed Pending. November 5th, 2021 I received a reply back from Jacob who apologized again and said there was an issue with one of their distributors and are backed up. He also stated that "The UPS also has a limited amount of orders that they can pick up in a day" and that he was "going to send this to the shipping department right away for an update." After receiving this email, I felt as though this was a legit excuse and decided to cancel on my own (there was a form on the website) and order 2 more boxes. I sent off for the cancel of my two orders assuming I would get a refund and ordered 2 more boxes on November 5, 2021. One for $15.00, the other for $66.50.

I emailed again November 8th, 2021 because I noticed that the first 2 orders still did not have information and I had received nothing confirming the cancellation. I started to worry because in the last email Jacob mentioned UPS but my tracking information was through FedEx. I told Jacob I wanted to cancel. He replied with a cancellation form. I filled out a form for all 4 orders and filled one out as a bundle with all 4 orders included on one form. That was November 10th. As of today, November 15th, 2021, I see that my 2 recent orders are now saying "Pending" as well. I called the phone number and was told I was the 4th person in line and that my call would be answered soon. No one answered and I was sent to voicemail. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and see that people have the exact same complaint down to the lingo used in the responses from WiBargain. I have not received a confirmation that they are working on my cancellation or information about my refund. I highly discourage anyone from ordering from them.

Ordered 8/9 and as of November 15th have not received the box and the tracking number is a fake. This company is breaking multiple laws and scamming people for profit. They’re an overseas company with a small office in California that acts as their “warehouse”. If anyone hears there’s a class action lawsuit against this garbage company, I’m participating.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! I purchased the "unclaimed mail". It states on their website that these packages are UNOPENED and still "originally sealed". I was sent 2 boxes of REPACKAGED and SORTED plastic bags. I will be doing a charge-back with my credit card company. This company is a SCAM!! I also waited 2 MONTHS to get the boxes I was told would ship in 2-3 DAYS! SCAM!! AVOID!!
