Total fraud. Packages are NOT lost mail or Amazon returns. They are repackaged items to look like they are returns or lost items. DO NOT BUY! There are legit sellers of lost items out there.

IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 YEARS!!!!!! ALMOST 3 YEARS SINCE I ORDERED FROM THEM AND NOTHING!! I STOPPED EMAILING THEM BECAUSE I WOULD GET THE SAME ANSWERS EVERY TIME!!! I ORDERED MINE BACK IN 8/5/2021!! THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS TAKING ALL YOUR GUYS'S MONEY!!! I SPENT ABOUT $130 ON THEM!!

If I can give this company a negative I would. I order a $75 box and never received it. After countless phone calls, emails and promises I never received my package or refund. Such a waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, IT’S A SCAM!

I spent 175 for a box in March 2022 and never received anything and never got a refund!!

Never received anything for my 200.00 that I spent.

WiBargain is still operating in Bakersfield, just under a different name. They have 2 locations and working on a third. They are located off of Gilmore in Rosedale and Aldrin court in the southwest.

This company is definitely the worst and scam artists. I order a couple of boxes and only recieved 3 boxes. Want through the channels to get things resolved and no help from their customer service. Finally reached out to my bank and now my funds might be lost. Been trying resolve this since May of 2021 with Wibargain.

Totally ripped me off. Ordered 3 boxes over a year ago and got one. They do not even have a site anymore and no replies from anyone.

Took or 89.00 I was to get 2 boxes and never got my money or boxes and the bank will not return my money.so no DONT ORDER all O want is my money or my orders ..

Received a package that was NOT as advertised and the other one still never received. They have since closed their location on Panama, website down and other location can't even find advertised.

1000000000% SCAM, Please everyone don’t order anything from this SCAMMER COMPANY, I ordered with them back in August 2021, they never sent anything nor they refund any money back, they took $216.00 from me. After several emails and calls they keep saying they will initiate the refund but I never received anything from them.
“BEWARE EVERYONE PLEASE KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

Received damaged everything broken not the amount of items said to be given.Box was opened usps had to put there damaged tape on it.Emailed no response.just a box full of broken glass.

Total scam. Didn’t send the product and won’t refund my money. I even got the BBB involved and they couldn’t help me either. No response from this “company.”

Its a scam - dont order. I ordered in July 2021 and they never sent merchandise and refuse to issue a refund. Now my bank wont reverse the charge because they say too much time has passed. But WiBargain kept saying it was on the way so I waited. My fault for trusting them.

They only get one star because it doesn’t allow you to give zero! I thought it would be fun to order one of these boxes after seeing someone do it on Facebook. I found the box I wanted, ordered it and thankfully had a discount code! It was supposed to be delivered December 26 and it still has never arrived three months later! I sent an email December 29 asking for the status and was told that due to high volume it may be delayed. I emailed several other times and even tried to call but was left on hold so long I hung up after 45 minutes! After the beginning of the year, I went to their website only to find that is completely different and now direct you to another place if you want certain types of boxes!

I finally just filed a dispute with my credit card company and received my refund that way!

Don’t even deserve one star but it’s almost been a year in may since I haven’t got my box or a refund! Was supposed to be my graduation qift I hope no one orders anything from them ever!!!

Horrible experience with the owner and manager. Panama location closed. There new store is located at 5601 Aldrin Ct. Bakersfield 93311.

My order was placed in October 2021. I have yet to receive my boxes or a refund. Time after time I've called and emailed, still nothing. When I did get thru, I was told that my boxes had just been expedited and weeks later, nothing. I requested a refund, I was told 5-7 days, that was months ago. How are we going to get our product or refund? I thought BBB would've forced them to refund, I thought wrong.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's been almost 6 months and I still have not received my packages it's refund. Customer service has stopped responding and their phone number is no longer in service.
