Did experience some noise interference on the call, but this may have been isolated incident as did not experience this on other calls.

Hi Ben - many thanks for your review and we're sorry you had some noise on the call. We'd be very happy to troubleshoot this with you. Very often, noise can be introduced from a number of sources: a participant in a noisy environment using hands-free / speakerphone, noise from a participant's network played into the call for everybody else. As you'll see from many of the reviews, we do pride ourselves on call quality so please let us know if this happens and our team will work with you to identify and eliminate the problem.
I found this system very easy to set…
I found this system very easy to set up, everyone was able to dial in successfully and was able to hear clearly. This is the first time I have carried out a conference call in this way and would highly recommend.

Only problem is some interference
On a lot of our weekly calls we get a lot of interference and background noise, as if we were on a party line. Otherwise this is a great service which has been an enormous help with our clients who don't have internet access.
