We used Whypay? to hold our Sunday Church service as a safer way than meeting in person. It worked well although singing together was not easy!

Excellent service
Excellent service, easy to set up, and for everyone to use. It allowed me to hold a 'meeting' in these difficult times with people who will not use the internet, but are comfortable with the older phone technology.

Conference call
Easy to use especially when dialling in with speed dial link. It had enabled me to have meetings with clients from abroad.

A good telephone conference service, no surprise charges or associated costs to date.

Thank you! Greatly appreciated. You won't receive any surprise charges but do keep in mind that some networks operate a different pricing policy after 60 minutes. Our advice, to avoid any bill shock is to keep calls to under an hour - you can hang up and redial in to your room immediately.
4 stars for use as a virtual prayer…
4 stars for use as a virtual prayer room which will be ongoing on Thursdays. If technology allows the experience could be enhanced if sound could match with people speaking simultaneously as they do for prayers but there is a delay and it sounds a bit star trek

Often delay/echo can be introduced to a call from other parts of a network or from somebody having a speakerphone turned up a little too loudly (effectively playing the audio back in to the call).
We can help troubleshoot this with you and the team is on hand Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, via our Live Chat (on the home page of the website) or telephone 033 3443 3366. Alternatively, you can email helpdesk@whypay.net.
