VERY VERY BAD. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. NEARLY TWO YEARS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE OR ANYTHING CLOSE TO IT.

Adam has produced a fantastic 3D flyover for us at Ratho Park Golf Club. When watching the flyover it is like being out on golf course. The attention to detail is perfect and I can't thank him enough.

Jordan was extremely helpful, and it was lovely working with him on our project.
Would definitely recommend

These guys did the art work for our TV Advert and Banners,

I WAS TOLD I WAS SPONSORING 1ST WHOLE AT BURTON I VISTED MYSELF THERE ARE NO AD SCREENS RUNNING!!!! MY LOGO IS NOT ON ANY WHOLES AND THEY ARE TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM ME WITH THREATS FROM A DEBT RECOVERY AGENCY SHIRES OF TAMWORTH. JESSICA FROM SHIRES IS AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE DO NOT LET THESE SCUMBAGS TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH! IM IN THE PROCESS OF GOING THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO RETRIEVE MONEYS PAID FOR A NON EXISTENT SERVICE!!!!

I have been a customer of whole in one golf for a while now . I have been trying to reach any member of the whole in golf team for 2 months now . Emailed, text and left voicemails. Absolutely no reply.
I have 3 golf courses that I have always played no issue . But they have now refused my tee times due to whole in one golf not renewing . !! This is disgraceful.
I stopped my direct debit as a last resort only to find the finance company send me letter for early termination fees .
I explained my case and they informed me they would get in touch with whole in one golf directly.
After a couple of weeks the finance company called me to advise they couldn’t get a response either therefore they allowed me to terminate early at no cost .
Also adverts were never seen in club house or in buggies as promised .
I have tried very hard not to leave this review as I always like to provide the opportunity for things to be rectified .
They are not interested , therefore neither am I.
I would advise anyone to stay clear as they clearly have no issue taking money regardless of whether you get what you’re paying for or not !!
Feel like I’ve been totally ripped off !!

Will now be contacting Trading Standards as the phone number they asked me to call on to resolve this is disconnected.
Not sure why a company would want to treat it's customers this way!

Oliver is a fantastic designer, created a wonderful advert for me Electrical/Smarthome business

This company are so bad they are best avoided.
Having issued court proceedings against them, they finally repaid all monies plus costs and interest. I didn't expect to hear from them again but how wrong can you be. I have received 8 emails from them (May to June) asking if i would be interested in signing up for what would undoubtedly be a waste of money and time.
They take great care in ensuring the details they send are correct and i noted that the emails i received are from one person, signed by another, who incidentally claims to be a director but, funnily enough doesn't appear on the list of directors held at companies house. I would caution any prospective customers to be very wary of signing a contract with these people.

Now i would hope that when they read this review, they will remove my details from their mailing list as I have been unable to remove myself because the link provided by them doesn't work. Nothing unexpected there though.
Keep your money and save yourself the hassle of dealing with W1G.

I originally signed up with Whole In One as it sounded like a great product offering, but proved to be a total waste of time and money! Towards the end of our 2 year contract, my company stopped trading but I kept the company active with Companies House in case I ever wanted to pick it up again. They have a clause in their contract that unless you cancel in writing at least 6 months before the renewal date, you are auto-renewed. I explained my situation and told them I’m no longer trading, but they weren’t interested, they just wanted their money.

I obviously didn’t renew our contract as I’m not paying to advertise a company that isn’t trading, so they threatened legal action and debt recovery. I explained that I have withdrawn all assets, so there are no assets held by the company but said that if they want to proceed and waste their time, they should go for gold. I also said they’re welcome to have all of this confirmed by my accountant, but they weren’t interested in speaking to him. To my surprise, they were petty enough to follow through. I am still to this day getting debt recovery calls, even though I haven’t traded for over 2 years now.

Their service is just as bad. The networking event I did attend was so poorly run and arranged last minute, hardly anyone showed up and I therefore didn’t waste my time attending another one. The iPads in the golf buggies of the first club they assigned to me never worked, so they moved me to another golf club. At both golf clubs, the app was never advertised and speaking to other golfers on the course, no-one even knew the app existed, so you’re paying to advertise on an app that hardly anyone uses. I was also promised regular analytics when I signed up and in 2 years, I received this information once, even though I requested it on numerous occasions.

I have told Whole In One that if they advertised their apps, they really could have a good thing going and companies would want to renew, rather than being forced to. The app works well, they fly-overs are great, but that’s all pointless if no-one knows it exists. I have held back writing a review till now and have only threatened it if they continue chasing me for a renewal that’s never going to happen, but as I’ve just had another call from a debt collector, I want everyone to know what you’re signing up for before you sign.

So far I have had nothing but good experiences with W1G and I like the networking events they host. Mike Kelly is enthusiastic and extremely helpful and responds very quickly to emails. The golf courses are great - it's just a shame we can't get out to play more golf. Keep up the good work.

Really shady business, we signed up to their corporate golf membership, we tried to use the golf club we had signed up to and they had no record of whole in 1 golf. After two years of not using any of their services (playing any golf) they auto-renewed our contract and sent us a bill for £2350.

We are now paying out our contract on a monthly basis, during that time we'll be advising all of our client community not to engage with Whole in 1 golf!

Constant junk emails and calls trying to sell us advertising at a golf club.
Using the ILLEGAL and BANNED tactic of a TIME LIMITED sales offer. These emails have been forwarded to Trading Standards. We have also requested the details they hold about our company as per GDPR rules, but they refuse to reply. We have reported this to the ICO. Copies of emails have been forwarded to TrustPilot for verification of our review.

AVOID at all costs. In 36 years of business I have never left a bad review about. an advertising company, but Whole in 1 Golf is definitely one to avoid. At best they are a poorly run company and at worst fraudulent. The golf clubs and end user (golfers) probably think they are amazing but it is the advertisers from local businesses (like myself). You are literally throwing your money away and at the end of your contract. I am contemplating take them to court over the handling of my account.

Do not under any circumstances engage with this company. Under their T & C, you are effectively locked in for 2 or 4 years and they show no compassion whatsoever. All they are interested in, is your cash.You have better chance of getting money out of Ryanair. It would be good to hear from others who have had any joy in cancelling without incurring their horrendous get out costs, also, you cannot out your email address down in the contents of your reviews, obviously to stop us all contacting each other to offer help and advice.

Jordan designed our company logo. He was patient, professional and understand exactly what sort of logo we wanted. We asked for our logo to be amended which Jordan did. However, he also designed another logo based on our taste. He knew what we wanted before we even did because that was the logo we chose.
