Only when I chased them did they even try to negotiate with their supplier about whether they could send it at my price. Customer service is never available—if you’re lucky, you might get a reply after several hours.

I was a bit skeptical and hoped I would receive my order without any hassle. I was so glad to receive my exact order on time and on the specific date they had said it will be delivered. Bad customer service
I have ordered an item. And I just received a wrong item. It's not the flavor I ordered, so I return back the wrong item to recieve another wrong one after one week !!
