Their customer service person is…

Their customer service person is everything but helpful. Their answers are 100% ai generated (even a blind person can see and I can upload a screenhot from the checker). I had asked about the ample they had sent because it has NO INGREDIENT NOR NUTRITIONAL ALUE LIST. They GPT generated the answer that is an insult for even a mentally retarded person. IMO just an overpriced collagen with an absolute ZERO quality staff. One needs to be diligent and take at least 10g of ANY hydrolyzed peptide collagen (in combo with vit C) to se the results.

We hear you, and you deserve a real answer, not a copy-paste.
Let’s address the sample first: our sachets are a single serving of 10g, containing 7.5g of collagen. The sample was sent intentionally for you to experience the product firsthand, but we dropped the ball by not including full product information alongside it. That’s on us, and we’re fixing it.

On our collagen specifically, unlike most collagen products on the market, ours is derived from organic chicken, which means it does not require Vitamin C for absorption. So while that’s great general collagen advice, our formula works differently. We’d love the chance to walk you through exactly what’s in it.

As for the customer service experience, that one stings, and we’re taking it seriously. Our community deserves real humans with real answers. If that wasn’t your experience, we want to make it right.

Not as effective as I expected :(

Unfortunately, I’ve tried HN over several months and feel no difference. I wish it were different!

Also noticed how more recently they’ve been more and more delayed in deliveries, promising next day delivery but not honoring that.

I’ve been using Health Nag collagen…

I’ve been using Health Nag collagen jelly for a while now and I have to say, I’ve seen a real difference. The biggest change for me has been my hair! The growth has been amazing. I’ve also noticed my nails are much stronger and growing faster.

I’m usually quite sceptical about products like this, so I wasn’t expecting much, but this absolutely works. Because of that, I’ve already recommended it to three of my friends.

It’s also worth mentioning the customer service is amazing and very responsive.

Love it!

The electrolytes are soooo yummy

The electrolytes are soooo yummy!
I used them for running my half marathon Burj2 Burg and they were so good at keeping me hydrated throughout the run.
The taste is really nice - not synthetic at all & I love that they are 0 calories!
By far the bst I have tried, & I have tried a lot!

I give 2 stars as it was quickly…

I give 2 stars as it was quickly delivered and product was cooled hence intact. The taste is decent however not entirely sure if the product is halal. Considering the source of collagen. Their response was 'yes it is halal' but the product itself has no labelling indicating it is actually halal! I decided not to use it.
