I've always really liked White Lake's cheese, but now I like their customer service too

I've always really liked White Lake's cheese, so I'd sent some cheese to my brother for his birthday. However, he missed the courier and the cheese ended up being spoilt in the courier's warehouse. I thought all was lost, but White Lake were really good about sending out some more cheese to him, given that it was his birthday, so I was really impressed.

First class, wonderful cheese!

I have been buying cheese from White Lake for over a decade and the service, the people and of course the cheese is first-class.

I love this company and their wonderful award winning cheeses!

Great customer service & product

The whole ordering process & the cheese was brilliant! I needed to add a specific instruction to the order & Sharon in their Customer Service team could not have been more helpful.
The cheese arrived beautifully packed, in great condition & was delicious. We’ll be buying directly again.

Wedding cheese - what a success!

I ordered a selection of cheeses for my daughter's wedding, to be sent to the venue. They arrived perfectly, beautifully packaged and on time. And it goes without saying that every single cheese from White Lake is absolutely delicious. The flavours are so intense, and the texture wonderful. All the wedding guests were impressed and all the cheese went!

Delicious cheese, seriously good.

Delicious cheese, sublime in the case of the Glaston Tile. Squeaky perfection with the halloumi.
Halloumi is my reason for every purchase as it is the only pure goat halloumi I can regularly source. I always get a different cheese alongside my stock up. Always a treat.

Great cheese, excellent delivery

Cheese is a subjective thing, but I really like every White Lake cheese I've tried so far.
Delivery was well packed, still very chilled by the time it got to me. Nice to not be limited to when I'm travelling i the west country. Will be ordering again.
