Great experience with the Cheese Lady from delivery to eating the delicious cheese. Excellent customer service and with the courier who followed my instructions perfectly for where to leave the cheese. The cheese is really good value and so tasty, I will definitely buy it again.

An excellent mail order service for fine cheeses
This is a wonderful source for some truly exceptional international cheeses. The web site is well-organised, informative and easy to navigate. The delivery came on the day and time specified. The person preparing the order took the time to call me to ask me about a substitution. I can highly recommend ‘The Cheese Lady’ for their excellent service. Thank you.

Incredibly helpful/Great Cheese
Incredibly nice and helpful. I had made a complete mess of ordering with a gift card and was too late to use it. They very kindly made an exception, sorted me out and supplied me with the delicious cheeses that I had been trying to buy.

Good cheese experience
I have ordered a couple of times now and I am really pleased with the service. A good selection of cheeses, some with a video review, quick delivery with tracking throughout and well packed with insulated bags. Five stars
