finally exchanged contracts today !! Thankyou so much for the ongoing support and dedication from both Scott and Danielle who kept us updated and informed every step of the way. This has been a particularly long and stressful process through no fault of Whiteknights , just a lot of bad luck but we have finally got there !!

This is the second time we have used Whiteknights and if we had to go through this process again i would use them everytime.

Having just successfully completed on my sale I have been impressed with the way Scott has dealt with the hole process. From advice on how to market my home through to Dani's sales progression. I would recommend asking Scott in for advice on marketing your home.

Had the pleasure of meeting Scott from White Knights estate agents, was professional thought-out his evaluation, would have no hesitation in recommending whiteknights in the future

Gary Waite from the Earley office came to my property in Earley quoted a sale price (which I had already had in mind) and assured me he would have an offer on it within a month as long as I carried out certain jobs which would help the sale on.
In the space of 2 weeks we must have had at least 8 viewings and a good offer on the table.
This is significantly better then the previous estate agent in Earley who had the house with them for four month and had no offers.
I also liked the fact that John Bennett from the Earley office kept me up to date every week on how the house selling progress was going.

Firstly Gary found us our perfect home but the bloody solicitors nearly ruined it all..... Until Dani got involved.

Gary and his team at Whiteknights have been superb from day one. Excellent communication throughout keeping us updated as and when things changed. Always available if we had any queries or problems. Even with lockdown things were dealt with safely and quickly. Gary is extremely knowledgeable and we would highly recommend him and his team if you want to sell your house.

After a turbulent 10 months trying to move home and several collapses of chains through other agencies, we engaged with WhiteKnights in a desperate bid to save the situation.

They had us sold and completed in 6 weeks including the break for Christmas!

The team who supported us worked in tandem brilliantly. They understood our need to move quickly, so that we could save the move to our dream house and help meet crucial school admission deadlines.

Gary Waite the sales guy, drove 8 viewings over 3 days and came back with two offers, one a cash buyer at asking price. Great start!

Then John Bennett stepped in to handle the sale from there. All I can say was he went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through smoothly. This included booking a tradesmen (who came out next day) to fix a few minor issues that came up on the buyers survey- which helped saved the crucial Jan 31st deadline! He was on hand throughout and always took my call. Incredible service.

I've been using Whiteknights to manage our property for more than 5 years. They have been very professional and helpful with all aspects of a BTL. All issues have been resolved very quickly under the guidance of Lynne. She is very knowledgeable and has great local contacts. We have recently gone through a change of tenants. Everything went smoothly with a minimum delay before the new tenants moved in. I think the agency do everything to make sure the tenants and owners have a good relationship.
