Great experience from start to finish. John was fantastic, there throughout the entire process to help and support, always available when needed and went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us.

He even assisted with my solicitor; working against some pretty strict timelines and pressure we were under to get everything completed.

Highly recommend, and if you're lucky enough to work with John then even better. :)

Whiteknights in Reading were great. Adam Lewendon was our primary contact and had the correct policy for marketing our property compared to the other estate agents we asked to quote. We had a number of offers very quickly and achieved a sale at a price we were happy with. Having secured a buyer, our case went to John Bennett in the sales progression team. Given that we have not sold a property for a number of years, John was incredibly patient at explaining the process and keeping us informed along the way. We particularly appreciated his skills in liaising with the other professionals in the chain and keeping things moving along. We would highly recommend Whiteknights in Reading.

Not often you get write a 5 star review for customer experience but had to in this instance. Adam Lewendon came out to value my property recently, I have used Adam before to sell a previous property which he did incredibly quickly and achieving the asking price so had no hesitation in getting back. Adam is really knowledgeable about market conditions both from a macro and local perspective, he gives great grounded advice and you know once you’ve signed on the dotted line he will get your sale over the line. Dani did a wonderful job of progressing the sale through. She helped the communication going between all parties involved in the transaction and did a great job doing so; the whole thing took just 6 weeks! There was a lot of moving parts and a few hiccups and Dani saw it through to the end seamlessly. Would recommend WK!

Having used Whiteknights to buy and sell our previous home in Woodley, we had no concerns about using them to sell our current home in Earley. Gary is professional and friendly and within 2 weeks of being on the market, helped us accept an offer. We had a few conversations with John, and then Dani took over. She was absolutely amazing. Very friendly but professional. Kept us informed with what was happening with both our sale and purchase out of the area. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and would recommend Whiteknights without any hesitation. We have just exchanged contracts and are moving in one and a half weeks!

Today Whiteknights refused my wife and I a viewing unless we spoke to their mortgage broker or associated company to check my finances. We already have our finances to make the purchase so we didn’t want to discuss them. On this bases they refused our business unless we handed over our personal finance details to this company. This is the first time an estate agent has conducted such a forced sales tactic on us. Very disappointed Whiteknights and i hope their clients are aware.

Whiteknights were very easy to deal with and attentive throughout. The terms of business were straightforward and easy to understand. Scott was very knowledgeable and talked to us about the local market and options throughout the marketing stage of the sale. Once we accepted an offer, Dani took over and progressed the sale to completion, co-ordinating with the buyer and both solicitors. Communication was always excellent. Whiteknights were a pleasure to do business with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

John and Adam both worked hard dealing with a awkward first time buyer.

We dealt mainly with Gary and John at Whiteknights. Gary was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest options for a marketing strategy for us. Once the sale had been agreed, John kept us fully informed of where we were, liasing with the buyer where necessary to keep the sale on track. Always responding quickly to calls so we were kept fully informed. Happy to recommend.

I found Adam at WhiteKnights to be very professional during what was a difficult time for the industry (Liz Truss effect). But what gets the 5 stars was Victoria Carter A.S.A.P who was by far the driving force in seeing me through to completion.
