Dettagli dell'azienda
Scritti dall'azienda
Hi, I’m Tony – founder of White Donkey and a lifelong coffee lover. For me, coffee isn’t just a drink, it’s a daily ritual. After years of experimenting with every brewing method I could get my hands on, I noticed a common frustration — some of the best coffee gear was either hard to find or overpriced locally. That’s what inspired me to start White Donkey in 2020: to make quality coffee tools more accessible and affordable for everyday coffee lovers. We began as a small, independent business and quickly grew thanks to the support of passionate customers who care about their coffee as much as we do. In 2023, we launched our website to bring our growing range to even more people. From moka pots and pour-over kits to espresso accessories, grinders, kettles, fryers, and home coffee roasters — everything we stock is hand-tested by our team to meet the high standards we expect in our own brews. We ship fast, our prices are fair, and we're always here to help with product advice or brewing tips. We're not a big company — and we like it that way. It means we can stay focused on what matters: quality products, personal service, and sharing our love of great coffee. Thanks for supporting independent business — and for making better coffee at home with White Donkey.

I recently ordered a 150ml Aluminum Moka Pot with a Transparent Lid from White Donkey, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience! From the moment I placed my order, the team went above and beyond to make it a fantastic process. Their communication was quick, friendly, and professional, ensuring I felt valued as a customer. As an unexpected bonus, they included two free packs of moka pot filter paper with my purchase, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The moka pot itself is top-notch, and the extra filter paper was a delightful addition. White Donkey’s exceptional service and attention to detail made this a truly outstanding shopping experience. I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars for their incredible customer care and for going the extra mile. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!
