The manager, Danny, was flexibility with schedules and providing assistance and communication throughout.

The entire White & Co. crew, particularly Matt and Archie, were both professional and polite at every moment. It was a pleasure to have them supporting us from Monday to Wednesday.

You should also give Matt a medal a medal for his driving. The driveway and gate posts to our house were not the easiest to drive through!

I used White & Company for a huge 6 bed house move from London to Spain. They packed everything up perfectly. Matt and Simon then brought everything to Spain and unloaded on their own! We had some big heavy furniture and an annoying set of stairs for them to get up. They were funny, never complained and actually were perfect at their job and lovely people. James in the Southampton office was really helpful and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend this removal company.

Our whole experience of using White & Company was excellent, from the initial viewing and quote, right through to the last box being carried in!
Our movers were fabulous, arriving promptly, tirelessly shifting boxes and furniture for 2 days with a high level of relaxed professionalism. We can't sing their praises highly enough.
Having not moved house for 20 years, we were a little apprehensive, but our movers were so friendly, funny, reassuring and polite, we knew we were in safe hands.
Having a ready supply of boxes and tape was also invaluable - a definite plus side, knowing that other companies were asking for a deposit per box, and in some cases not entirely refundable. We will recommend White and Company to anyone who even hints at needing a removals firm!

Very helpful and pleasant team. Took the time to assist and discuss things each time I rang with a question prior to taking our stuff and whilst it was in storage.

From the start of the process to the final delivery we found the service extremely good at what was a stressful time due to the uncertainty of the complete date and fitting in with our buyers. The management were extremely accommodating and kept us informed of all the options. The staff on the day were friendly, very hard working and double checked exactly what was going where as some furniture was to be stored.

The quote seemed a bit expensive and I didn't believe it would take more than one day ... but they were right !
They turned up the day before the move and we're very polite and efficient. On the day of the move they finished off filling the lorry then went to help another team. We had to wait ages to get into the house as the seller's removals had underestimated how long it we take. Once we started unloading other teams came round to help and it was all done really quickly. Great service 👍

The crew were hard-working, cheerful, diligent and caring. They were very careful with delicate objects. They volunteered to do things to be helpful, not just because it was part of the job.
The sales and admin team were helpful, efficient and friendly.
All-in-all, an overall top class, value-for-money experience.

Everyone involved with the move were courteous, professional and got the job done. The one stable company that were involved in our journey to our new home. I would thoroughly recommend this company

Excellent service and communication. The extra paid for the packing service is well worth the money.

All I required was moving my bedroom furniture into storage for one month then returned. Let's just stay with the return, arrived no tools for beds, nothing to protect brand new carpets, trailed mud onto carpets, put down tacky blankets, now have an insurance claim for damage and dirt to beds and divans, damage to newly painted walls and paint work, the insurance claim is turning into a farce, I do all the work arrangements, penny pinching to the n'th degree, they offered £250 so I have had a decorator come in on a day rate of £250, work now done! I chose them because I thought they would store my furniture safely, they were the most expensive quote, so the choice is yours if you want to use this company, I wish I never had!
