All went as smoothly as moving does.
The team on moving day worked tirelessly in what was the hottest of days

Quick and reliable. Communication was always flawless. Everything happened exactly as planned, which gave us peace of mind moving from the EU to the UK. Questions were always answered and we received courtesy calls before movers arrived. Our belongings were handled with care, only minor scratches on one item. Price was exactly as discussed.

The service was amazing, the lads were prompt and absolutely knew what they were doing. We moved during a heatwave but this didn’t stop the team going over and above to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Excellent removals service from start to finish. Removers arrived early; were very polite and provide floor coverings and ensured everything was moved safely. I highly recommend Whites and we have used them before.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We unexpectedly completed within 2 days of exchange and White & Company accommodated our last minute requests brilliantly and took a lot of the stress away. Highly recommended.

Everything happened on time and as planned. The men were courteous and friendly, answered questions promptly and efficiently carried out packing and loading. The receptionist was also very patient with the many questions asked and a return call was always made if a query demanded a more detailed answer. All our items including some very fragile glassware and ornaments arrived at our new home in perfect condition. We can confidently recommend this company.

We were not given the 4 person team to pack the vehicles, even after repeated requests from the 'Whites' team at our premises. It seems sickness was the reply. The team of now 3 persons completed the loading the next day, and we were not able to be there due to other arrangements. The surveyor did the comment at the time of drawing up the schedule that would the case to totally load one day and unload the next day as we mentioned that we would be staying at our daughters that night.

Very methodical when itemising items to be packed and moved which gave confidence.
Office staff were very helpful and flexible when dates changed last minute.
Were practical with vans to be used as large lorry would not have worked.
Moving crew were brilliant and worked their socks off to get us moved on the day.

Wayne and chris were extremly good in every way polite helpful nothing was a problem and feel they should both get. A pay riise for a happy christmas🥳

After seeing their vans frequently around my area, and having read other people's reviews online, I am so glad I chose White & Co, Southampton to facilitate my move to Dorset. Being an older lady on my own with health issues and a lot of "stuff", which I thought I could pack up myself, I hugely underestimated the amount of work involved! After originally booking just a removal, and with only a few days until the move, they very kindly agreed that they could help me with the packing and sent a bigger crew on the day, Everything was done efficiently, quickly and professionally, from laying protective covers on the carpets, wrapping and filling boxes, protecting furniture, to emptying my shed and collecting the potted plants etc from the garden and then reversing the process at the other end the following day, getting it all safely unloaded. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they even sent a van 3 weeks later to collect all the empty boxes and paper after I had finished unpacking their boxes, which I thought was great service. All the staff have been fantastic, but a special mention to Aaron, Matt and Albie for making what was an extremely stressful and worrying time for me as calm and pleasant as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to move. Thank you for your assistance.

We could not have asked for two better White & Co workers than Simon & Matt, who were absolutely brilliant . They introduced themselves on arrival and It was clear from that point that they are good friends and not just colleagues. They just got on with the job and nothing was too much trouble. The same high standard of service was received at our new home where all was delivered successfully with no damage.
A great job by all staff we dealt with throughout the process from having the move assessed to the quote, to collection of boxes and to final payment. Great job all round, all staff without doubt were polite, kind and respectful and to be honest we would have given 10 stars had there been an option to do so.
