Efficient. Caring. Worked quickly. On time. Would recommend

Secure store. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but decisions are all made by one manager who seems to control everything, which delays decisions etc. Also expensive, lots of additional charges for insurance, taking items out of store etc.

They did exactly what it says on the tin.!

We had White and Company move all our furniture from a three bedroom house in Oxford to storage in Forres Scotland because we are having a house built and it’s not ready yet. The price of removal and storage was good. Stevie and Ricardo who were our removal guys from the outset worked very hard and kept going hardly stopping for a drink. They took great care packing our fragile stuff and took great care protecting our large pieces of furniture with packing.
They take great pride in their work and enjoy what they do because they were so cheerful and friendly which made everything less stressful for us.
The whole process was very smooth as Stevie is very organised and knew how best to pack the van for storage the other end.
Stevie and Ricardo are a great team and great asset to White and Company and I would have no hesitation recommending this removal firm to anyone.

John and his teams especially Ryan and William as well as Alex (JJ) are true professionals having moved folk so often they go with the flow

Everything about the process was very professional, straightforward and well communicated. From our initial conversations with James Spratt, who helped enormously with the customs' prochedures and paperwork through to the actual delivery.
White & Company PLC had organised to work in unison with a local removal company as access to our property was an issue for their largest van.
Victor & Jake from the Forres branch, and their French colleagues, could not have been more helpful and cheerful throughout the whole process.

Everything from start to finish was dealt with in a timely and efficient fashion. Booking, confirmation, arrangements, removals and deliveries were all excellent.

We have used White & Co for an international move in the middle of COVID lockdowns and now for a move around the corner; they have been beyond criticism in both. Above all, the removals teams have been courteous, helpful and very calm, making the entire process as stress free as is realistically possible.

I cannot recommend them highly enough . . . yes, this is genuine review :-)

Only one slight problem as the lorry was so big it struggled to get to my house which delayed things a bit. Otherwise the guys were great at the Forres end of the move.
