After the inital 'chasing' to gain a quote and clarity - which was a bit offputting - the service was smooth and simple.

The team that came to our house . With the lead man called Zeus and his mate Jake were fantastic . Very professional, quick and clean. With advice and help when I had any questions. We then moved to our new address. We were expecting our consignment to arrive on the 3rd September, however when I spoke to Zeus on the Monday he informed me that he was able to deliver our consignment a day earlier. Which again was fantastic. He arrive on time. He was on his own waiting for a local helper to arrive. And while waiting he just got stuck in and started to unload everything his self. All in all I can not fault your company from start to finish. Quick professional and reliable. Would have no hesitation in using your company again. First class service.

They did a great job of packing, storing and delivering, and the office staff were accessible and helpful too.

Chris, Anthony and Ricky made our big move from the North to the South of Scotland as painless as possible. They worked tirelessly with good humour and found solutions to the difficult problems with their obvious intelligence and experience. They were very careful not to mark or damage either property. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for a future move.

The moving team were excellent and accommodated all of our wishes. The wrapping was done very efficiently and nothing was broken. When we moved to our new-build next year we won't hesitate to engage you again. Many thanks.

The gents that arrived to unload our effects from storage were friendly, efficient and very helpful. They were courteous and hard-working. The effects that came from storage were intact and all accounted for. We were very impressed all around by the service from White and Co in regard to our stored effects.

The team did a really good job and were good at keeping us updated throughout the move.

The guys were fantastic. They made the day go very smoothly. They were calm and very efficient and particularly careful to make sure that anything fragile was more than adequately protected. Highly recommended.

Jonny and Ryan were really respectful of our belongings as they packed and were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a very hot day and they worked so hard. They arrived at the time stated each day.
At the other end it was good to see Jonny who knew where everything was and he was joined by Ricardo who was extremely professional too and was very patient when instructing the two less experienced staff.
A great experience during what can be a stressful time.

Exceptional services all the way through. Excellent customer services, great coordination between the departments. Carol and the whole team who were dealing with my move were very professional and supportive. We had a bit of wobble, as to begin with the team couldn't access my driveway easily due to roadworks and other issues but has managed to pack 5 bedroom house quickly and efficiently working in a very stressful environment. Furniture delivery went smoothly, nothing has got damaged or lost. From personal experience of relocating constantly between contries and continents, I can highly recommend using White&Company Forres as this was one of our best experience so far!

The removals men worked so hard and efficiently and everything came out of storage and was delivered into my new home safely. I would highly recommend this removal company for removals and storage. Thank you to a great team.

Very helpful from start to finish and addressed any problems as they arose. It was the same team that collected and delivered which really helped when it came to understanding the load and where things would go. Hard working while being respectful and easy to get on with.

Great service, really helpful

Poor customer service during removals, damaged the property on removing and although pointed out at the time they denied it afterwards. The manager refused to respond sensibly despite photograph evidence of the damage. Not recommended. Generally a bad attitude all round.

Where do I start ...

Initial communications between us and the manager Mr D Christie ( Whites and Co Forres) were informed and progressive so we decided this was the company we were to trust with our worldly treasures from a remote Scottish Island to the Scottish mainland.

Our crew - team were two fabulous gents who rolled off the Calmac ferry like optimum prime ( was a true sight to see ).

John our driver and Ricky our porter were from the initial call the BEST crew we could have ever wished for. Human, Kind and with a great work ethos and even better sense of humour.
We worked as a team enabling a fabulous cohesive relationship that continued throughout the movement.

White and Co were not only competitive in costs but efficient in their working practices and for that myself and my husband are very grateful to be reunited with our furniture after a long 3 years of separation.

So with grateful thanks and appreciation of the effort that went into our move we would also like to thank Carol and Rebecca in the office who again were kind , efficient with a caring disposition.

A huge thank you to all White and Co staff especially our fantastic team John and Ricky.

First of all the utmost praise must go to the removal crew - Alan, Kevin, Alex, Mike, David and John. et al.
Who went above and beyond the call of duty, very good humoured and helpful throughout, despite the various challenges they faced - To them, we would certainly have awarded 5 stars. Unfortunately, they were let down badly by Scott from sales - despite a full tour of our (admittedly large) property, whereby we pointed out all of the items in storage, sheds, attics and garden items etc. The storage capacity was considerably over estimated and the house items were woefully underestimated. Another van had to sent for the excess. This proved to be too small and led to us having to impose upon our local farmer to accommodate a huge number of large items which the removal men couldn't take. These were pointed out to us as we walked round and the realisation dawned that the crew were unable to take them. At the end of a very tiring and stressful few days this was a devastating blow, when we were informed of their inability to load the items. It was very fortunate that the farmer was amicable to this as we couldn't leave anything on our sold property and we could have been left in a very awkward position otherwise. We were under the strong impression during the survey, that none of our belongings (for instance heavy planters), would pose a problem. Some over-confidence here! One other point to note is that we were very badly mislead regarding the 'waiting time waiver'. We requested a delivery to the new property at lunchtime (believing this to be when the keys were available) but were told that 9.30a.m would be fine and in any case, if we paid the insurance (waiting time waiver), any delay would be covered. We found out to our horror during our journey that this only amounted to 2 hours cover and had expired whilst a family member was waiting to collect the keys. we were also informed that if access couldn't be gained within the next half hour, the delivery would have to be postponed until the next day and a charge of £2,000 would be levied upon us. This revelation was delivered to us in a most unsympathetic manner. The moral of the story? Please ensure you that you read all of the small print on the Terms & Conditions and don't rely on the sales pitch!!The sales department would have had 0 stars from us if this was an option. In conclusion the fantastic removal crew were let down by the very poor sales / survey department.

Customer service is of the highest quality. The staff always put the needs of the customer first.
From the moment I chose Whites for my removal and storage they have been superb. They were Prompt on timing, very courteous and respectful of the fact that they are handling your treasured possessions. They deal with the removal, storage, delivery and everything else in between.
