Excellent customer service from Jo!I needed some drawer runners and the service she has provided was outstanding.She was replying to my emails straight away, she has contacted the warehouse(even the international one) to find the parts needed and did everything necessary to help me and solve my problem.
Thank you very much Jo and everything you did is really appreciated.
P.s. whistler Grills just her a pay rise please!

Recently had the Whistler Burford installed in our garden, just in time for the end of summer. The grill is fantastic with a huge capacity, even temperature throughout and a great drip tray that makes clean up very easy. The storage capacity under the grill is also a huge bonus. Customer services were excellent, and I can't recommend enough.

I have made it a point to register on here just to ensure i can post a review to let people know how amazing their BBQ's are & how amazing their customer service is. The help & assistance i have received is beyond expectations. Whistler Grills should be extremely proud of the product & staff.
I cannot thank you enough for everything.
I purchased the CIRENCESTER 6 & fully intend to get the rest of the modular system to finish off this fantastic BBQ.
If you take nothing else from this review, then take this suggestion, Buy Yourself a Whistler unit, you WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED, i promise you.

Top quality, above and beyond service provided by Jo Gedik and the team at Whistler Grills Ltd.
Following an unfortunate incident where I incurred damage having accidentally left the lid down, whilst the side hob was lit, on my brand new Cirencester 6 BBQ; I contacted the customer services team requesting if I could purchase a new lid.
Jo responded very quickly and worked a solution which resulted in me being sent a replacement part, free of charge.
I am so appreciative of the friendly and personal support provided. A big genuine thanks from me.
(Also, worth noting, the Cirencester 6 BBQ is truly amazing, my very best purchase for some time).

Fantastic Burford 4, researched for ages and wanted something special for my outdoor kitchen. I couldn’t be more pleased. Looks stylish and oozes quality. Customer service great too with quick and helpful advice. Strongly recommend.

Just installed my Burford 4 - its a great grill all 316 stainless and really well made. Its heat distribution is good, get super hot really quickly. The only niggle is the plastic knobs on the Burford 4.. why not give us the Metal knobs like a on the Burford 5? Its spoils the look somewhat and feels cheap.. The grill overall is fantastic and really well made. I also installed 2 stainless built in doors and a draw / door combo. These are really well made and easy to install. Drawers are great, soft close mechanism is brilliant.

I had arranged a big 60th surprise garden birthday party for my wife. I purchased my outdoor kitchen 23 months prior. and 2 days before the event my fridge had failed. i contacted whistler grills - who said that the fridge was still under warranty ( 24 months). The customer service team at whistler were unbelievable, there communication responses were quick and clear. There was not enough time to get an engineer out to repair before the party, so they said they would replace the fridge. it was now very late in the day to try and get the new fridge to me before the party but said they would try there best.
Well what can i say - the new fridge arrived on saturday morning. and my 80 guest had chilled drinks . Thanks again whistler your service was beyond belief.

Amazing quality and robust features

Great BBQ that bought last summer. Bit concerned about a few rust spots showing already and the cover is a waste of time. It’s tightly fitted that you barely get it over the bbq plus it’s ripped on three sides already

I have had my 5 Burner Whistler BBQ now for over 2 years. It is the most solid and beautifully finished BBQ I have come across. This is a good example of you get what you pay for. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the cover was a little flimsy and not very UV stable. Other than that it is an excellent product with great Customer Support.

I'd like to compliment you for your excellent after sales customer service. I would like to thank Jo Gedik who took care of all my queries in a jiffy. I have been pleased with the quality of your BBQ and this has now been equalled by your customer service .

Beast of a BBQ compared to your more average gas BBQ. Build quality is great. Like any gas BBQ the heat distribution could be more consistent front to back.
Two immediate areas which would make it better, after a few days of ownership - the gas pipe tube is really short (only just going out the hole at the back), and the electrical cable for the lights is also really short (means you have to plug in the electrics near the BBQ heat source).

Whilst browsing Instagram I came across the whistler burford 4 grill and thought it looked incredible. The design is stunning, so I got my husband to build an outdoor kitchen to house it. We have used it loads over the summer. It has been so nice to be able to cook outside whilst my family are enjoying the sunshine. I have also bought the griddle accessory to be able to cook other food such as onions mushrooms bacon and eggs. I would highly recommend this product and the customer service has been excellent also.

I've now had my Cirencester 6 for 18 months and it is efficient, economical and flexible, having cooked everything from a few sausages for my wife and I to two butterflied legs of lamb and all the extras for 20 people. My dealings direct with Whistler have been excellent.

Purchased the Whistler Burford 5 BBQ because I loved the clean look and stainless steel construction. On arrival it didn’t disappoint - its a beast. Excellent for hosting large groups but equally good for small cooks using 1 or 2 burners. The hot plate is a great addition as it opens up more cooking options. My only complaint would be the front section doesn’t get very hot as the heat distribution isn’t even, you need to be aware of that when cooking large batches of food.

I did a lot of research on Gas BBQs for my new garden and the Bibury 4 Gas did not disappoint. There is really no limit to what I can cook, it offers such even cooking across the whole grill along with extra accessories to do more. I am really pleased with it's performance and quality. It is such an impressive piece of kit, each part is excellently engineered and it fits in my outdoor space perfectly. I have recommended Whistler Grills to friends and family who have gone on to purchase their own. 5 stars for sure!

Bought a Whistler over the summer and 6 months on, no regrets. It’s build quality is excellent and in my opinion, has that wow-factor. Because they are still building a name for themselves, their products are still competitively priced and there is a responsive community of owners - keeping us all up to date with new innovations and deals. It took me 2 years to find the right grill - save your own time, no need to hesitate here.

Purchased a Bibury 5 in Spring and it’s the best thing I did. I have had so many different BBQ’s in the past and this one far exceeds them all. Why?
It’s stylish, very robust, easy to clean, heavy duty stainless steel.
I love the rotisserie too.
So far so good and I’m sure we will get many years of use from it.
Good job Whistler.
