Fantastic Service. This is my third purchase with Whiskeyonline for Famous Grouse Gold Reserve. They sent me pictures of what I ordered to make sure of the correct purchase. Stay clear if ordering from abroad. My items are stuck in customs and possibly won't even receive. They try to avoid taxes and cause issues at customs.

This was not your first order with us, and prior to placing it, you actually expressed satisfaction with how smoothly your previous delivery went, noting that there were no customs fees or issues. On 04/09/23, you wrote:
“Hi Stelios, I have placed the order. I selected the normal post with Parcelforce… If this goes as well as last time I will certainly be back for more thank you :)”
On the same day, I sent you photos of your order and also reminded you via email that customs fees and taxes may apply upon arrival, as per UK regulations. You replied, “Hi Stelios, all good, thank you.”
Your order was shipped promptly:
05/09/23: Dropped at local post office
06/09/23: Departed Cyprus
07/09/23: Arrived in the UK
As per UK customs:
14/09/23: Entered and returned from customs
15/09/23: Held at point of delivery, awaiting payment
20/09/23: Successfully delivered to you
You expressed concern on 13/09/23 that the item was not correctly declared. I immediately sent you proof that it was accurately labeled as whisky and advised you to contact local customs regarding the charges.
We do everything on our end to ensure accurate declarations and safe shipping, but unfortunately, customs procedures and fees are beyond our control.
We hope this clears up the situation. We're always here to assist and aim to be as transparent as possible with all international orders.

Fast reliable great service...
My parents moved to Cyprus about 4 years ago and shortly thereafter I cam e across this company. Since then I have been sending presents to them 3 times a year.
EVERY delivery has arrived on time. In fact the service gets better and better. This morning I placed an order with a gift card. Within 30 minutes I had a picture of the bottle along with the handwritten card emailed to me.

Quite honestly phenomenal service
Quite honestly phenomenal service from Stelios at Whiskyonlinecy.com. He pulled out all the stops to help me buy a bottle of Glenfarclas 105 for my dad's 70th and deliver it to him at his house on the morning of his birthday with a gift card. My father's house has no road name so all deliveries get sent to a PO Box in the town, yet he took my dad's number and called him to ensure he could find his house and deliver it in person. Total legend. I wish more people cared this much about their job in England. Kris

Found this website when browsing for a certain whisky. Decided to give it a go.
Price was exceptional for a long discontinued whisky.
At every stage there was great contact.
Was emailed a photo of the actual bottle before confirming I’d accept. Was emailed a photo of the packaging and despatch label along with my tracking number within hours of placing the order. Was asked to mail back when it arrived and let them know what I thought of the packaging which I thought was a nice touch. Overall a great experience in purchasing from Cyprus and having it shipped to Scotland. Ok it took just under a week to get here but that seemed to be while it waited on a flight over a weekend. Highly recommended.
