Quick. Friendly. Informative. Great service
Shortly after placing an online order, I received emails and photos of my bottle being packed and prepared ready for shipping. The tracking number I received allowed me to keep an eye on its progress all the way to the UK where it was held up to pay an additional customs charge which I think actually took longer than it's initial trip from Cyprus. The bottle was well packed and in perfect condition. All in all very impressed with the service from the seller. If only Parcel Force and HMRC were this efficient. Recomended retailer. Impressed with the service. Would use again.

Great Shop – Professional and Reliable
I initially misunderstood the pricing on the website due to how VAT is applied based on location. After a helpful follow-up from the shop, I realised it was my mistake — the system does add the 19% VAT correctly when Cyprus is selected as the delivery or pickup location. Communication was clear, and the staff were kind enough to hold the item for me after a phone reservation. Great service and very professional. Thank you again!

Just to clarify and avoid any misunderstanding:
€79.83 plus 19% Cyprus tax it is €95
The €79.83 price you saw online didn’t include Cyprus VAT. That’s because your IP address was from the UK, and since the UK is no longer part of the EU, the website displayed prices without tax. When Cyprus VAT (19%) is added, the correct total comes to €95 — which is what we explained to you over the phone before your visit.
When you called, we specifically asked what price you were seeing, as this kind of issue sometimes happens with non-EU visitors. We made sure to clarify that the correct in-store price was €95, and you agreed to that before coming to pick it up.
You also asked about tax-free shopping, and we explained that we don’t offer that option.
We understand this may have caused some confusion, but calling our pricing dishonest simply isn’t fair. The website adjusts pricing based on location and tax laws, and we were completely transparent with you from the beginning.
As for the mention of UK shipping, we only shared that as a helpful option, not as a sales pitch — just in case it was something you’d be interested in.
We truly value every customer and are always happy to explain or help. We’re sorry this left a bad impression, but from our side, everything was handled clearly and honestly.

What an amazing place
What an amazing place. Found them online as was looking for a very specific (and quite rare bottle of Jack Daniels). Not only did they have what I wanted but they were very thorough to ensure it was exactly what I wanted (including sending me photos) and it was sent to me by UPS and delivered the next day. Now that is what I call service!!

Great customer service: the ordered product was delivered quickly and was packaged extremely carefully. Through the entire process of ordering and delivery I get more emails and foto's from the company to inform me about the status of my order. Very kind personal service, I felt myself almost in the physical shop in Cyprus, which is I think an extraordinary experience if you buy something online.

I saw something online on this webshop, I was not sure if a could buy something and get it in Holland, I send a email asking, they reply for sure, so I try it and bought something for my collection.

I cannot praise this company enough. I have been using them for the last 5 years and they have always come up trumps. My latest order was made on Wednesday 16th of October and made it all the way from Cyprus to UK delivery on Saturday 19th. They are always courteous and helpful. Great company - thoroughly recommended.
