Easy platform to use and navigate, and a good selection at the auctions to cater for every budget but commission rates and delivery charges are expensive.

DPD are a little rigid with their delivery requirements.

DPD used for delivery; far superior service.
Auction site always good but this time dispatch used DPD rather than Parcelforce which resulted in a far superior overall service. Whisky arrived within 3 days of paying

Hopefully a one off
Never had a problem before with Whisky.Auction but this time I received 2 bottles that had leaked. One was not too bad so I accepted that but the other was badly leaking. T asked if it could be returned and I could be refunded but that was refused.
