Was at my door within 24 hours of ordering, which was fantastic, as my trip made especially to a retail store to buy was foiled by the ineptitude of the store attendant who couldn't find the key to open the shop! He advised me to "come back in a half hour or so....."

Great products and services. However, not having a PayPal option is the reason I did not give it 5 stars.

I contacted their customer service centre to enquire how their products were sold i.e. if I ordered the 5kg option, would it come in 1 x 5kg bag or as 5 x 1kg bags as I was also ordering for a friend. Craig advised that all their products came in 1kg bags and it is cheaper to order the bulk option. How many businesses would tell you to do that?
I love their Whey Protein Isolate and as a gastric sleeve patient, I can see why dietitians recommend this product. It is tasteless so you can mix it into anything to increase your protein consumption. Also loved the info sheet that was included with my order! I would recommend to deal directly with these guys as even including the postage, the cost is less than what most stockists charge (one stockist wanted $80 for 1kg of WPI!!!) and you can always contact these guys for further information about their products.

I have only just received my product, whey isolate, but I am very happy with the quality. It dissolves perfectly, without adding flavour to whatever I put it into. I am amazed at the amount of protein per serve. It will help with my weight loss.
