I like it but finding it heavy on my sleeved tummy, going to try 1/2 scoop as it's making me vomit 1 hr later
I've had it 3 days in a row one scoop in my coffee but finding it very heavy n vomit about an hr later. So I'm going to 1/2 the scoop n try again. But I will be making protein balls with it as well.

pretty damn good
Im happy with this product, but I was aware you don't add it to hot liquids, but I wasnt aware it did it in cold liquids as well... best for adding to smoothies i guess( which i dont have) will add it to yogurt , Im sure it will be fine like that,
apart from that ,, very happy
