Couldn't recommend Belong highly enough - thoroughly attentive throughout, recently helped step in to solve a delicate situation for both tenant & landlord. Available at all hours, great advice and great marketing. Would certainly use again in the future.

Well deserved 5 star - Estate agents often get bad press, however I couldn’t recommend James and his team highly enough. They are available 7 days a week, and nothing was too much trouble. Ours was a complex sale and Katie was always there resolving the many issues that arose. Thank you for the support

Excellent throughout. Presented the property very well, including the 360^ video, and this generated a good level of interest. Did all the accompanied viewings. I received an acceptable offer much sooner than I had expected. The conveyancing process was occasionally frustrating but they worked hard behind the scenes to chivvy people along and maintain momentum - their service continued well beyond agreeing the actual sale, in order to bring it all to a successful conclusion. Good, professional people, who are very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

We recently sold our house with Belong and would not hesitate to recomend them. The service from start to finish was superb, all of the staff are helpful and friendly. The virtual tour they produced was excellent and we have no doubt this assisted greatly in peoples decision to view and to refresh their memories afterwards, we certainly wished there had been one for the property we purchased. Belong undertook all of the viewings and this helped to provide more opportunity for viewings during the week and made that part of the process really easy. We were given objective feedback after each one. We felt thoroughly supported during the conveyancing process, especially at those stressful moments, there was always someone there trying to help.
All of Belongs recomended suppliers also did a great job for us. Very happy, no hesitation to give 5 stars, thank you James and team.

James and the team at Belong did an excellent job of marketing our property, the quality and pace of getting our home on the market led to a rapid sale at a fair price. On reflection, this is due to James’s excellent local knowledge, both of the market and those whom are seeking to buy.

We did benchmark three local estate agents (both on price and quality) - we are without doubt Belong offered best service, whilst also offering value for money. The whole experience has completely changed our opinion of estate agents - though we do think Belong is an examplar.
