Ordered an armchair expecting home…
Ordered an armchair expecting home delivery as you would expect with sofa delivery. Advised by courier it is curbside delivery! I'm left to arrange for someone to be onsite to help the driver bring the armchair inside. Haven't seen the armchair yet therefore cannot comment.

We are sorry that you are disappointed that the armchair you ordered from us cannot be delivered inside your home and into a room of your choice. Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons the couriers are not able to enter your property. This is noted within the terms and conditions on our website however you may have missed this.
We can assure you however that no products are left on curbsides. Curbside delivery does mean delivery to your doorstep and is just terminology used by couriers. We apologise for any confusion that may have been caused by this terminology.
We have emailed you directly to apologise however to date have received no reply.
Fabulous bar stools
Fabulous bar stools. Really pleased with our purchase - both colour and quality . The only thing that let our experience down was the delivery which was far longer than originally quoted when I placed the order.

You were quick to fix an issue that we had - thank you, really appreciated…..however communication with Joanne through your portal was tricky as we didn’t know there were messages waiting for us and uploading pictures from my Mac didn’t work so we sent them via the chat box. All good in the end.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, they gave great advice and support. Very professional when dealing with a minor issue which was resolved in no time.
Always kept aware of delivery times.
Barstools are fabulous we are delighted with our purchase - great quality with minimal assembly. Will definetly purchase from WSG again!

We are sorry that delivery of your item was delayed. We have raised a complaint with the couriers involved as clearly the delay was not acceptable. We know the chair is now safely in your possession and we have called you directly to apologise however wanted to reiterate our sincere apologies again.
Excellent quality bedding
Excellent quality bedding, exactly the colour I was looking for. The price was really good too, especially considering it includes pillow cases. Exactly what I was looking for. Just got to resist buying more sets in different colours now!

Three Cheers for Four Chairs
We purchased 2 Cesca chairs from you - we were so
impressed with them and with your company that we ordered 2 more a week later.
Every member of your staff was polite and helpful, and
some of our emails were answered swiftly.
When we asked for a message to be sent to the carrier
it was done.Delivery was by DPD, the driver knowing
where we live. It would be useful if allowance was made on ordering for instructions to driver where to
park - we live on a footpath!
