The guys were great. Sorted my BMW wheel which had some real damage for a great price, fitted a 2nd hand tyre and even did a little touch up on another wheel rim. Highly recommend

Wheelsmart gave me a prompt response with helpful advice to my query about the suitability of the rims I wanted to purchase.
The purchase was easy and the rims arrived nicely packed when they were expected.

Unfortunately the wheels/sizes/spec listed on the website weren’t actually available from the wheel supplier in that size. Annoyingly this was found out after taking my payment.

‘Wheel Smart’ diamond cut all my 4 wheels only 36 months ago. I do very little annual mileage, handwash & look after my car (including the wheels) diligently.
It is therefore very disappointing and frustrating that my alloys now look very tarnished once again after such a short time! ‘Wheel Smart’ only give 6 MONTHS' WARRANTY on their work, which is far less than some other repairers out there on the market.
‘Wheel Smart’ have only offered me a very small discount on what would be my second full set of wheel re-cuts.
I’m conclusion, the work done on my wheels has not lasted, probably due to not having a good enough final protection powder coating of lacquer on the wheels.
Without a satisfactory solution from ‘Wheel Smart', I will be taking my future business elsewhere for both a better price, a longer warranty and ultimately for a better level of customer service!
Very disappointing and I will never again deal with ‘Wheel Smart' for any current or future work on any of my vehicles or my extended family's vehicles.

Really happy with the wheels although my locking wheel key won't fit inside the hole therefore had to purchase new nuts and caps

I ordered alloys for my Audi and they came within 2-3 working days by DPD I’m so happy with my alloys and looks so nice now I would recommend this company and I would deffo buy from them again

Went to the showroom to change a full set of alloys on my BMW. The boys were really helpful and supported my decision making to ensure I ended up with he best possible results. Price was really reasonable as well so no complaints.

I first contacted Wheel Smart over Instagram and they were very helpful in terms of giving quotes and suggestions for what would be best for me. I was asked to shop at their site in London but as a Birmingham resident that works full time this was not possible. In hindsight I wish I did just come in store as the future problems would have been avoidable. I proceeded to make my order online with the generous promotional discount of £100 for Black Friday and free shipping.

I do appreciate the customer care at this point as I was contacted over email to confirm my purchase so that the alloys would fit my car.

Within 2 weeks I had received a set of alloys which were a different colour and make to the ones advertised on the website. This is a disappointment as I was looking forward to putting my newly purchased alloys on my car for a special event upcoming.

The customer care was quite swift with admitting fault with the incorrect delivery and were able to start the process to return these and deliver the correct ones which did arrive within a week. The package that arrived directly from the supplier was missing the centre wheel caps and I had to contact the support again to request these. A week later they had arrived too.

This whole ordeal was below my expectations and makes it difficult for me to recommend others to use their online service. This is a shame as I have colleagues which have bought alloys from the physical store and had little to no issues in the past. Overall my experience was a real put off for me to use them going forward again.

Bought my first car back in may, the alloys were completely messed up when I got it. Wheelsmart did an exceptional job restoring them for a good price. Would highly recommend, they made my car look presentable instead of beaten up!

What can I say about wheel smart they have helped me out on a bmw 5 series and today for my 3 series rang them yesterday afternoon and I got new wheels on my car this morning men are very friendly and helpful good price as always would 100% use them again thanks again team car looks great now

Great company to get your alloys from.
Have been looking for a new set of alloys since mine were damaged but also wanted an upgrade and came across Wheel smart and was about to get the alloys I wanted for a while.
Got the new alloys with two days of purchasing them and they came with the caps and badges for the alloys.
Definitely recommend to friends and family.
