Why no respond about my order?? Trapstar decoded 2.0 jacket. I wait about 1m and no response. You only email me that I need to wait. Now my “shop” app write that my order go to refund, but where is refund??? Contact me asap

I ordered an item on the 21st November and it didn’t dispatch until I had chased them up and email them on 3rd December… then my delivery came on the 5th of December.

I was just disappointed with the service and time I had to wait as I ordered my item a few weeks ago and I had to email them for them to remember my order

Good price extremely fast delivery and amazing product

Overall this website and company have been prompt with delivering me my order. In fact, in that regard they have exceeded expectations. I have only given four stars because one Labubu box and packet was open - I believe this was because I ordered a specific Labubu and they had to check it before they sent it to me. I ordered one blind box as well. I am no expert, but both items appear to be authentic when I verified them through the popmart website. I feel I can't give five stars purely because one Labubu was opened. (Although, to be fair, I was 95% sure this was going to happen because the item wasn't listed on the website as a 'blind box'.)

Ordered a tracksuit, was meant to be with me in 1-2 days but then a week went by so I contacted them, absolutely terrible customer service, got about 2 messages back from them then got ignored for another week so now it had been two weeks then I messaged on instagram and WhatsApp never got a reply then emailed saying what’s going on and then they decided to just refund me.

Ittiec to return mine for a refund but they have a an exchange policy only. Which is wrong. I sent several
Emails regards the refund but they chose to skirt round the issue. In the end my daughter was for dc to send her one bs k which she received a refund with no hesitation

Is another £5.99 to have the correct sizes sent to me. So In all nice website. But if you’re unsure of sizes style etc! Don’t expect a refund.

They was definitely not heavily reduced. I think you have a great website. But you don’t refund.
That’s fine. But people need to know this. We was lucky the other website did refund and u was able to change the sizes in yours.
Wish you luck and being truthful is the best policy you can have.

Ordered for the first time on a Sunday evening, for my order lunch time on the Tuesday. Really happy with the service and found Whatsyoursize really good for getting rare items of clothing. Will 100% be ordering again!
