What a Holiday Recensioni

What a holiday truly has the right name because what a holiday we have had!!
With the help of Brian Travis we had the most amazing honeymoon we could have wished for. Our trip to Dubai Bangkok Singapore & Bali was perfect. Brian was in contact throughout to ensure everything was running smoothly. We will definitely book with this company again and will recommend to all our family & friends.

Thank you Joe Edwin for all your helping on my holiday at Fuerteventura for 10 days away all inclusive. Will use you again for next year holidays.

Left a review once I booked saying i would come back and write another review once I had been away ....

What can I say about my holiday to thailand.... it was fantastic from start to finish! I booked through Brian Travis and he couldn't have done a better job, transfers all on time and guided at each stage, hotels were better than expected and the locations wow!! I also had a folder handed to me in first check in that contained all my transfer info and contact if I needed help.

I had a fantastic holiday in thailand and I will be using Brian again for my next holiday for sure..

Thanks again Brian T!!

Brain Travis was brilliant organising our trip to thailand in August
Organising our trip wasn't easy as 4 travelled from Manchester 2 from Dublin
We meet at our connecting flights in doha exactly at same time and travelled onto Bangkok pattaya koh samui then puket all transfers where waiting for us as we landed at each airport

I have used whataholiday twice now and they are very helpful and brilliant at organising multi stop trips

Great service from Jack Williams!
He has been very pleasant, patient and professional troughout this booking and I am very happy with the service I have received to date.
I hope our holiday will be as hassle-free as the booking.

Joe Edwin organised my holiday. My children and I did four places. Dubai Singapore Bangkok and Bali
Everything was so well organised. He answered all my questions really quickly and was available throughout the holiday if I had needed him
All the hotels were well located and transfers professional and on time. He created the perfect holiday especially to my needs and requests
Thank you

It was so easy to book Jack was very helpful and answered all my questions and the package is such is more then expected and a very good price

Jack Williams made the process easy and found me the perfect holiday to the 🇲🇻 maldives

The service level was outstanding, we had a large change of circumstances very close to departure, involving some major changes and even though we could not get an outcome we would have liked, the agents took full ownership and went much more than the extra mile to communicate with us and the holiday providers.

I travelled solo due to an unfortunate health issue, everyone at Whataholiday performed outstanding service, offering me updated documents, they were super stars with support, communications and personal attention that meant I had a fabulous time before, during and after my holiday.

Kevin, in particular held my hand electronically throughout, he messaged me many times, and made me feel that I had an invisible comfort person keeping me safe in the background. He was so caring I could not have wished for more.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and as an older solo female their service was truly outstanding.

Jack was fantastic in helping me organise my holiday for April next year! He made planning four different destinations feel effortless and stress-free. Clear communication, and helpful suggestions gave me complete confidence that everything is well taken care of. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly approach—highly recommend him!

I will write another review next year once I have been on my holiday!

From start to finish the holiday was great all transfers on time and joe whas so helpfull would definitely recommend and will be using for my next holiday

Great prices and totally reliable
. Our holiday to Thailand 3 centre resorts was planned perfectly. Joe helped us plan the holiday. Our VIP transport was on time every change of destination. All vouchers were present and correct and the holiday went off with no hitches . We had the best time. Thanks Joe for your help and dedication. Our holiday was amazing

Brian has been absolutely fantastic in helping us book our honeymoon to Mexico. From the very beginning, he made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Planning such a special trip can feel overwhelming, but Brian took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and tailored everything to suit our needs.

What stood out the most was his patience and professionalism. No question ever felt too small, and he never made us feel rushed when we wanted to explore different options. Instead, he carefully explained all the choices, compared the benefits, and gave us honest advice to make sure we were getting the best possible value. Thanks to his effort, we not only secured an amazing deal, but also the peace of mind that everything is organised perfectly.

Brian’s friendly and approachable manner made the entire process easy. He genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences, and it really shows in the way he goes above and beyond. Booking our honeymoon with his help has given us so much excitement and confidence for our trip. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough—if you want someone who truly puts your holiday first, Brian is the one to trust!

Late to the party with this review, but couldn't not do one!

I could go on and on but think you get the gist.

Quick Pre trip service feedback for Kevin from “what a holiday”. Firstly I have to say Kevin was incredibly helpful, extremely responsive and looked into every possible Hotel request with speed. Not only did he deliver much cheaper quotes than other companies, he secured my hotel only booking at a fraction of the cost. I am extremely impressed, the ATOL document was received moments after I made the booking. Kevin explained everything and he was extremely helpful! I look forward to completing my trip!

Very helpful, would 100% recommend
So easy to book and holiday package.
Brian provided excellent customer service

So far so good. Just booked a trip to Thailand with Jack Williams and he was very helpful and patient. Thanks

Just booked a holiday with what a holiday to Thailand, Joe Edwin is a great help, I would recommend him, so nice and very helpful, thanks to him I booked this holiday with this company ! Thanks for your help Joe x

Just back from the Maldives booked it via what a holiday. I've had many a holiday over the years and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt this is my absolute favourite and go to now. We've used them a few times and would rate them 100% fantastic. We always use Brian, he is very patient and knowledgeable in his job and a credit to the company. Brian is actually one of the reasons we use this company. Our go to when we were away was Crystal. What a holiday keep in touch with you the whole time your away via what's app, we had 4 messages from crystal in the 10 days of our trip which we've never had with any other company. Every step of our booking was also guided by Brian, when to check in, when to apply for visas etc, the man is fantastic. All in all if you haven't booked then booked. We will be using the again next year when hopefully Brian and Crystal will still be there.
