What a Holiday Recensioni

Wow had a great experience with Summer Dylan today, she has helped me plan our summer holiday and got an incredible deal, very patient and professional. Highly recommend

Great service - Brian Travis was great even with my many questions! Made the booking very easy!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful trip to Thailand. We were a little hesitant at first, but a friend recommended What a holiday company for advice.
We were fortunate to have a great travel advisor in Brian Travis. After asking what we were interested in, offered us a few alternative itineraries to consider.
After consideration we chose one, and from then on left it in Brian’s capable hands, He sorted the flights, hotels and private transfers to each.
He was there when we wanted advice and to answer any query we had. Every aspect of the holiday went like clockwork,we can’t thank Brian enough.
We will certainly use What a holiday again, and will definitely ask for Brian Travis as our advisor.

Booked the holiday and was fine. However every time I had to contact them via email or WhatsApp they never replied until I’d sent 3-4 messages each time. At one stage I had trouble logging into my flight and despite numerous emails and messages they didn’t reply so I had to spend 2 hours contacting the airline and sorting it myself. The holiday was as described but the customer service was non existent, will NEVER use them again

Whataholiday, Zoey Sandler made all my booking and planning so easy and effortless, helpful and patient, a credit to your company, really looking forward to my holiday in May.
Will definitely be booking more getaways with Whataholiday in the future.
Great price and great itinerary.
Thank you, Zoey.

Kevin has been an absolute star arranging my up coming trip to Abu Dhabi and The Maldives. He has been extremely informative, always on the other end of the phone to answer my many queries. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was super quick at responding and he was really patient while I made a decision. Thanks Kevin for making the whole booking experience so smooth and easy.

The Travel Advisor Joe Edwin has helped us create a multi trip to Thailand. He is ever so helpful, so patient with our requests and slight changes. He was very professional and kept us informed throughout the looking and booking stages. No other travel company could get anywhere near Joe’s quote, We highly recommend Joe and sure we will book again in future. Looking forward to our trip. Thank you so much Joe

Third time booking with Brian Travis at What a holiday and couldn’t recommend him enough. Always happy to look at different options and spends a great deal of time tailoring your holiday to your needs. Just marvellous. Looking forward to our trip in Thailand this April, thanks again.

Kevin has been wonderful at communicating with me about our upcoming trip to Dubai and Thailand. He has been incredibly patient with my changes and requests - he's always polite and accommodating.
We have a couple of months before we fly but I feel confident that Kevin will help to support us before and during our trip 🙂

Was looking to book a holiday to Maldives and Brian Travis was ever so helpful. I was going back and forth so many times with different dates and resorts and comparing other places but he was very patient and always replied promptly to any of my queries. He has been fantastic and would definitely recommend him for any of your travel queries

Just come back from a nine day holiday to Dubai booked with what a holiday joe Edwin was a great guy very helpful made booking easy the holiday was perfect can’t wait to book again for next year the hotel was perfect the children had a amazing time thanks Joe for making it perfect holidays will definitely book through joe at what a holiday for next year.

Our group of 4 went on holiday to Rui Bambu Hotel in the Dominican Republic. My advice is , do not go to this hotel as it desperately needs up dating . Bedside lights bent where they should not of been . Sinks were really badly cracked , sockets falling off and dangerous. Sockets were not working. Mosquito screen missing from patio doors.
The worse thing was 3 out of 4 of us suffered severe diarrhoea within 3 days of the holiday and carried on after we got home . We discovered it was probably the water being poured as soon as we sat in the dining area. One of our party did not drink any of the water in the dining areas and did not suffer from any diarrhoea. We thought the jugs of water were filled with bottled water, but it was not. One of our party saw them actually going over to a big plastic container to refill the jugs, bingo there was our problem. If you do visit this hotel, don't be falled by thinking this water is ok. We talked to other guests about it and it seamed lots of guest had the same problem. The food was also cold and did not change much.
Also we found staff very rude and intimidating, seamed they did not like the English. You either got ignored or spoke rudely too with no please and thank you or even a smile. The entertainment seamed to be all in Spanish and no consideration on speaking any English. The attitude was take it or leave it.
Definitely would not go back again.
I will say on a positive note, even though the hotel was falling apart, it was kept very clean , rooms and grounds. Such a shame that the service did not match.

Very good service from Brian Travis. All booked and sorted very quickly

I had an outstanding experience working with Brian Travis as my travel advisor. He was recommended to me by a family member, and now I can see why!
Brian went above and beyond in helping me plan my two-week trip to Thailand. He was incredibly patient, always available at convenient times, and happy to walk me through every detail. He even managed to beat all other travel company prices, which was a huge bonus.

It was truly a pleasure to work with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated travel advisor. I will certainly be booking with Brian again in the future, Thank you!

My girlfriend and I had wanted to go to Thailand for quite some time and managed to find this company advertising a competitive price on social media to visit Phuket , the Phi Phi islands and Krabi

Thank you Joe for organising our amazing holiday to Thailand,Flights/ hotels/ transfers all perfect,We have now booked our third holiday with Joe for 2026.

Kevin has been absolutely brilliant from the start I previously did try to book over a year ago but we couldn’t pin the date down Kevin was gracious understanding and professional. He’s so caring and considerate, taking the time to really understand what we needed and making sure every detail was right. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always helpful, patient and quick to respond. Thanks to Kevin, the whole process felt easy and stress-free. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a holiday agent who genuinely cares.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Kevin!

Kevin has been absolutely fantastic from the start — efficient, polite, friendly, and incredibly dedicated. He found us one of our dream holidays of a lifetime, and we genuinely feel he has gone above and beyond to make it happen.

We don’t go on the holiday until October 2026, but the service so far has been exceptional. Kevin has answered every question with patience, supported us through the booking process, and tailored everything to our preferences.

Me and my husband are super excited for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a travel adviser who truly cares and delivers.

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday to Costa Rica. Joe Edwin has been our travel advisor and agent and put together the most fantastic trip for us. We gave him our ideas and what we wanted to see and do and he put the whole package together with direct flights, transfers, tours and stunning hotels. Everything went very smoothly, we were treated like VIPs and had the holiday of a lifetime! We would thoroughly recommend Joe and his team at What a Holiday and will definitely be booking another holiday with this company again. Thank you.
