I accidentally purged my on going game where I had reached level 9 .....I tried to start anew and all I am able to do is play little one hole games and not being able to click on any icons except clothing.....the bouncing golf glove is blocking everything....get rid of it ! I now can not play because of ridiculous clothing advertising....PLEASE FIX.....

While the game has great graphics and more than acceptable Physics, it is ultimately incredibly boring for one has to play the same 10 courses over and over and over and over again. I reached level 70 and Tour Master tier after 42 days of playing, but then I had had it. Only the idea to start the game was making me feel sick. Also, once you move up and green speeds gets fast and the length of holes longer, one stand little chance to progress much without purchasing better clubs and, even more important better golf balls (which cost almost as much as real ones!). Compared to other online golf games, this is not half bad, but I reached the point I could not stand the game anymore as it was super boring and removed it. Too bad, for I spent some good money on it, but peace of mind mattered more. Do not start playing this game! There is really no need.

They shut down my account after spending a lot of money to buy balls and equipment. Do not Do not Do not spend a dime with them. These little tech nerds can shut you down on a whim. And they will.

Die meinen Echt die können die Leute Abzocken, am Anfang läuft es halbwegs rund doch dann kannst du bezahlte Turniere nicht zu Ende spielen. alles ist auf den US Markt ausgerichtet und somit eigentlich nur Nachts spielbar. Realitätsnah ist auch anders und es ist recht teuer. Man gelang schnell an einen Punkt wo man nit 20-50 Euro im Monat dabei ist um überhaupt einigermaßen mitspielen zu können. Der Support ist unterirdisch und funktioniert eigentlich nur auf englisch. alo wer sein Herz schonen möchte finger weg. Wer sich verarschen lassen will, nur zu. Ich hätte gerne mein Geld ca. 200 Euro zurück und wäre sofort weg vielleicht möchte ja jemand meinen Accout für 100 Euro über nehmen. Top Schläger und Bälle LvL 74 Master mit einem Durchschnitt von 65.35 und ein Invest von min 200 € kurz davor zum Tour Master auf zu steigen. Dafür brauchst du als normal Spieler mit 2-3 mal pro Woche a 5 std. min. 1 Jahr und ca. 500 Euro.

played about 8 coin room matches. i am set as master. 7 of the 8 opponents were legend or higher. seems to be a fix in somewhere.

I attempted to add credits to my account twice during a game. The first time it stated that my purchase was successful but I didn’t receive the credits 11/25 I had the repurchase the credits again later as I waited four days to see if they would show up. On 11/29 I purchased the credits again. This time it worked. Thinking it was a fluke I was down to my last ball I purchased more credits again. Again I received a message that the transaction was a success however I didn’t receive the credits and waiting until the game was over to purchase the credits which did work. I checked my credit card and I was charged for all four transactions. I notified WGT of my issues over two weeks ago. I just saw that the second overcharge on 12/23 was finally adjusted on my credit card. I guess it’s a 50-50 chance whether your purchases will go through or not and if you’ll get double charged

WGT is Very good! I have learned a lot about golf playing WGT. Many people connect on discord so you can actually play and talk while having a game. there are people at advanced levels that never mind teaching someone less skilled and it is nice to do alone or socially. There are stroke play, Match play and Alt shot, all of which are fun....also skins games. After I had gotten better, I did pay some to get better clubs and balls, but there plenty of ways to play totally free. Personally I dont mind spending a bit to have a good game. I have had a few issues but customer service has resolved them 100% of the time withing 2-3 days, maybe a bit longer on a weekend or holiday. It is not perfect and of course they try to generate some revenue, this is America that's what we do LOL, but with good customer service, a great social outlet and for me watching my skills improve and increasing my enjoyment of watching the golf channel, it has been a welcome relief from politics and my wife is very happy I found WGT. I have played with people and actually talked while we played with folks from all over the world. Highly recommend

I have been a member for nearly a decade. I have had instances in the past where the game glitches or something goes wrong and I am not able to continue. I reach out and request reimbursement typically for 50k coins, so not alot of money at all. This last experience with customer service was pretty disappointing and they are refusing to reimburse coins that were lost when their game glitched and started a second game while the first was still going. I couldn't play and the game froze, couldn't cancel out or anything. I won't spend any more money with them and I would recommend not wasting any time or money on this game.

Don't purchase Callaway golf equipment of any kind!

The game winner is decided on every game even before you take your first swing. How ir where you swing(which is indepent of where the "ball" actually goes, is irrelevant.

It used to be a nice and fun play. Nowadays they do not even bother to answer your questions

Phones, tablets are 2 dumbed down ,to much extra given to them, over pc players.
This is purely pay to play.
Golf balls so expensive, and run out so quick.
It all geared up to milk us , while making you think you play well.
Coin rooms are dominated by phone players who have never had a ranked game.
Good game , but ruined by greed.

This game is nothin but garbage.the graphics sucks,the ball goes bout anywhere it wants to.the power needle sticks.just everything.not one good thing I can think of that's any good at all.a very poor game and honestly,I don't even know how it's lasted as long as it has...worst game I've ever played.and thaught it would get better with time only to get worst...just plain sucks and needs a whole lot of improvement before I ever play it again and I mean alot of improvements.wouldnt waste my time on the junky thing...who wins is who they want to win not that you can win without huge difficulties and the members who subscribe are not right by any means.not really because that's the only way they can win because the game cheats for them to keep there subscriptions again and again..very unfair and poor golf game to play.junk junk junk...cheats cheats cheats....

Played this game for five years. It is fun for me, but not perfect. My issue is the consecutive day scam. You must play every day. Do not get sick! I spent so much money on balls and equipment. I was at Day 1568 when I was back at Day 1. I was earning 6000 XP points per day for my club, 34460091, over 4 years. I got a reset that deducted over 60 days of play. I protested and told if I did not play each day, I would be back to zero. I let them know I would no longer be playing consistently. This is not my job and will save me time and money. That aspect of the game is flawed.

This is a good game but a lot of things go wrong with it. The customer support is really bad and not helpful at all!!
I have been playing this game and spending money on it for over two years.
I was hospitalised for a week and couldn’t play the game. Because of what they call Ed’s long absence, I was pulled from my group and placed in a trial group!!!
Emailed the CS team several times about it and they said it wasn’t possible to be put back I. The grouping I had taken two years to reach!!!! Other people I know have had bad CS experiences too!!!

Great graphics, but the purpose of the game is a mess. Inconsistent play, lack of common sense, expensive purchases, and clear favoritism for bots and individuals who bothered spending a fortune on the game.

I have been a member for over 10 years now. I gave it up for a couple of years due to the inconsistency of the game dynamics. Nothing has changed to this day. Constant lip outs putting. Chipping is inconsistent and wind affects your shots only sometimes. It dumbfounds me how the so called 'leaders' are constantly shooting ridiculous scores over and over winning tournaments. More like we compete against bots. Really is a rip off paying $8 for a pack off virtual balls not to mention the price of equipment. Greed has taken over a once great game

Appears a lot of fun, at first. But as you learn the game, the formulas (it’s all about doing the math), the subtle differences between courses, etc., you continuously run across situations that make it clear the management of this game is unethical. Unexplainable glitches happen at moments where you have a lot of credits coming, like you’re at the end of a tournament at -8, drive the green on a par 4, and suddenly the game locks you out and when you reopen, it gave you a bogey, or makes you replay 3 holes when you were 3 or 4 under par for that 3. It’s also set up with shady policies. It randomly pops up with an offer to buy your opponent balls, sometimes for 1200 credits, and they put the button in the same spot where you would normally click continue, so it’s easy to hit it by accident. I doubt most people want to spend a thousand credits on some random stranger. It’s all a con to get you to blow through your credits. They’re hoping you’ll buy more.
They’ve also now discontinued watching free ads. You used to be able to watch 75 per day for 150 credits. That was reasonable. Still low, but reasonable. The game is NO FUN and you can’t consistently compete without decent clubs and balls. You need credits to buy them.
This game is either very poorly managed by people who don’t know how to adjust to make a profit while keeping it fun for users, or management is very greedy and they’re going to crash and burn.
It’s too bad, really. It can be a great game. It’s the customer service that sucks.

I played WGT for several years and i have made it till level 117 and I reached Legend tier. But unfortunately gameplay is getting worse and worse. In the end your skills do not determine if you are successful, it’s WGT and it’s bots to keep you from excelling in this game. Their goal is for you to spend money on credits and coins and with their hunger for making money they completely screwed over all the fun of it … Don’t spend money here cause you will be robbed!!! Ok. The graphics are top notch. Love that. The play is silly. No consistency. You have to spend a fortune to get decent clubs. The wind sometimes affects a shot and other times doesn’t. Pitching is ridiculous. You really never know where your ball is going or how far. The game is for those folks who will spend over a $1,000 to buy clubs and balls. Those are the only ones who score well. Really just a scam.
