Been with Westfield for 40 years
Been with Westfield for 40 years, hardly ever make a claim but recently spent two nights in hospital and making the claim was a real faff, took two weeks to get the payment and it wasn’t for the full two days, my advice to you is to shop around and I’m pretty sure you’ll get a better company to deal with.

Hold ups with pending claims
They are quick with new claims but if asked for more information nothing happens. This is 3rd time I've had to chase them up after sending request info through. Something is not working right in there pending claims operation.

Always extremely helpful and efficient.
I’ve had some health issues recently, and Westfield have been very quick to respond to me.
I’m so grateful for this during a very hard time.
I’ve been with them since 1987, and never had an issue.
I highly recommend.

Easy and straightforward claim form
After being rushed into hospital and having a major operation on my bowels it was pleasing to be able to claim for the 8 night's i was in. I claimed online which was very easy uploaded my discharge papers with all the information and in the next couple of days received an email informing me the money would be in my account in the next few days and it was.
I find using the online claim form very easy and straightforward.
