Exceptional service whenever I need…

Exceptional service whenever I need them.
Friendly yet professional.
Very quick to respond, and are fast to pay any genuine claims.
I’ve been a member since the late 80’s, never had a problem.
Highly recommend.

Doctors letter

Westfield approved my physio claim ahead of my first treatment, after several treatments they then requested a doctors confirmation that I needed the treatment this cost £15 to obtain.
The physio has all the necessary professional accreditation required by Westfield. My observation would be who would be having unnecessary physio treatment and would a professionally accredited physio provide unnecessary treatment? I feel Westfield should cover the cost of the letter they requested. In addition it took nearly a month to receive my claim because of this.

Good morning

The terms of your plan state that a GP recommendation is required for therapy treatments and that if requested, written evidence must be provided.

However, we appreciate that it is not always possible to see your GP before beginning treatment and as we wouldn't want to delay this, we may ask for this evidence at a later date.
