Everything about West Country surveyors has been great! Booking my Homebuyers survey online was incredibly easy and there was great communications throughout the process. I received my detailed and thorough report with photographs promptly, and also recieved verbal feedback and useful advice over a phone call from David Clare. Would definitely recommend using West Country Surveyors to anyone living in the south west!

We received a very thorough report which really helped us make an informed decision on the property we wanted to buy. David addressed particular concerns we had on both current and future maintenance issues, and was very helpful fully explaining answers to further follow-up queries we raised.

Erica Bond our surveyor wrote a detailed, informative report which helped us make a decision about the house we were purchasing. She spent 4.5 hours at the property. We arranged a level 2 (homebuyers) survey with West Country Surveyors Ltd.
Matthew Pilkington completed the survey and telephoned us afterwards on the same day to see if there was anything we would like to know or discuss. He explained two key matters requiring further investigation.

We received the survey the following week. This was very detailed, easy to understand, and was very thorough. There were photographs of taking each moisture reading and of every aspect of the property.
Matthew really put a lot of effort into checking and recording everything about the property and providing evidence of the same.

We have also called Matthew twice to discuss items in the survey and he has always been very helpful and answered our questions fully.

As recommended in the survey, for one item I contacted a structural engineer. They reviewed the survey and photographs and were very impressed with the quality of the survey advising this is someone who certainly looks to know what they are doing.
