I ordered a Blackbird Dierama from Westcountry Nurseries. It arrived really quickly. It was extremely well packaged to ensure no damage could happen to the plant in transit. It arrived as a very healthy looking plant not a single leaf was either wilted or damaged in any way. It went straight into my garden and is looking very well indeed. It is too young to flower this season but I've no doubt it will grow into a lovely healthy specimen and given a coup!e of years I hope will produce some stunning flowers. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely shop with Westcountry Nurseries again.

I have bought a few lovely lupins over the years from this company and I have always been delighted with the plants. They may be quite small but they soon grow. I will certainly buy more in the future.

Used this company as they had a variety of clematis which I was wanting to replace an old plant . I also ordered another variety to try out , both plants are doing well and arrived promptly .

I’ve bought plants from West Country Lupins on several occasions , and, quite apart from the high quality of the plants, I have been early struck by how helpful and responsive they are to any questions I might have. Their range of plants is very good.

As a newbie to buying plants online, I was shocked at the size of the lupines that arrived. For £12,50 each I was expecting decent sized plants. Two were small and the third was tinier than tiny. It measured 7cm in height and has barely any foliage. I wrote to customer services. Received a curt response. Replied to that response with a photo and haven’t heard back. From now on I’ll buy in shops and be sure to receive my money’s worth.

UPDATE…In reply to your reply Sarah, my review is not unfair. My first email to you addressed 3 issues. Size of the plants, damage to one of the plants and colour. You only answered about the colour and the size of the pot. You did not address the damage nor ask about the size of the tiniest plant in question. Additionally, you ignored my second email which was sent with a photo. This could have been resolved if you had replied to my email as customer service is expected to do.

Ordered online, Westcountry Nurseries website was easy to use and the healthy looking plant arrived earlier than advertised and very well packed, so would recommend this supplier.

The plant that I ordered arrived in good time and was in very good condition
It had been very carefully packed without the use of plastic

My first order with West Country Lupins, as they were one of the very few nurseries who stocked a particular variety of clematis. The order arrived well packaged and in healthy condition, together with some clear plant care guidance. Very happy with the standard of service delivered. One small item to note was that the order did not offer any package tracking, which might be helpful to some customers.

Ordering and delivery procedure was very straightforward. Plants arrived promptly and in good health, packaged carefully and surprisingly simply which was extremely effective in protecting the plants and very sustainably considerate (no excess packing materials, easy to recycle/reuse). I planted the plants out within 24 hours, and now, a few days later they're looking well. Very happy.

My clematis arrived very well packaged & protected, with not a hint of plastic. My plant was in very good condition, even though it had to wait several hours on my doormat as I wasn’t at home to take delivery.

My daughter in Australia found Westcountry Nurseries online and bought me a voucher for Mothers Day, thinking it was a nursery local to me that I could visit. But I discovered that it is online only, which is fine! I ordered some Brunnera plants which arrived promptly in good condition and have established nicely in the garden.
