Westcott Architectural Glazing  Recensioni

Our experience was great. Windows look fantastic and the service was faultless.

We had 5 very large Velfac windows fitted to the front of our house. The team was very friendly and efficient and the results are wonderful. The work was completed to a very high standard and was carried out with very little inconvenience. We highly recommend

Great product
We put Velfac windows on our houseboat. They work beautifully, the read slim and elegant from both the inside and outside and they are a pleasure to open and close. The Velfac team was really well organised and delivered on time. Thank you.

Right from the start once we submitted drawings, letting us know delivery dates and install which was very good and the finished product was excellent.
We opted for Velfac 200, they look great.

What makes this company stand out is outstanding customer service from start to finish. I had Velfac 200 Energy windows installed for a new self-build so attention to detail was paramount. Composite Windows came to site multiple times before, during and after fitting to ensure the product was perfect. When one of the larger units was difficult to close, they sent their engineers to adjust it but still determined it wasn't perfect, so replaced the entire unit. Its the service we all would hope companies strive to deliver but we typically settle for less. Composite windows really did deliver on my project. They have a great team in the office and at site. I would definitely use them in subsequent projects.

In late 2017 we moved into a new house with Velfac windows and doors. 5 years later we were experiencing some issues with both windows and doors needing service/repair. The distributor appointed by Velfac to carry out the adjustments was Wescott Construction.
A price for the work was agreed and the 2 engineers thought they would have their work cut out to complete in the day. However they worked speedily and efficiently, explaining what they had done and advising me on future maintenance I could carry out. We were most impressed by their caring courteous approach [disability issues] We would not hesitate in recommending this Firm to others for their quality & reliability.

A small update to a complete house fit of Rationel windows and doors.. completed Friday, looks like it has been there forever, impressed

Had Velfac windows and doors fitted recently on a project by Composite Windows UK. Great company to deal with.
Very helpful in the ordering process and the fitters were a pleasure to deal with. No hesitation in using and them again.

We had a complete new set of Velfac windows and doors installed. It was done very efficiently and we were kept informed every step of the way.

The company supplied and installed the doors and windows after surveying the site installation. They did an excellent job.

Fantastic reliable company who installed our windows and also recommended other companies where it wasn’t their expertise.

Kim is also incredibly proactive

Would use them again!
