Westcott Architectural Glazing  Recensioni

Fantastic experience with Westcott Windows.
The installation team were extremely professional — polite, friendly, and very helpful on site. They worked efficiently and with great care.

The sales team were equally impressive, answering all my questions quickly and making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Special thanks to Josie for her excellent window design work and the support she provided throughout. Really pleased with the service from start to finish.

The engineer that attended our home to service the Velfac sliding door was polite and knowable about what needed to be done. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot speak highly enough of Westcott Architectural Glazing. From start to finish, the team has been incredibly responsive and supportive, and their attention to detail is second to none. The work they have done so far at 777 London Road, Croydon, speaks for itself. A special mention must go to the installers, who were nothing short of excellent ambassadors for the firm, they conducted and coordinated themselves in a thoroughly professional and respectable manner at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Westcott to anyone seeking top-quality architectural glazing.

I have had many dealings in person and via email with Micki when ordering and dispatching products for their workforce. I have always found her polite, friendly and approachable whenever i have needed to make contact.

Westcott team has been friendly and professional through the purchase of the quality windows, bi-folding doors and fronts entrance door, the staff patiently endeavoured to achieve the client’s needs. I would recommend their services.

Fantastic new windows! The team at Westcott glazing couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. The order process, sales staff and technical team went above and beyond. We highly recommend them if you're thinking of getting new windows or doors.

We’ve had such a smooth experience with Westcott Glazing from start to finish and absolutely love our VELFAC windows and doors.

Every company should have a Ryan working for them! His service has been exceptional throughout — responsive, helpful and genuinely determined to make sure everything is right. The fitting team have also been brilliant.

A huge thank you to Ryan and the whole team. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and would highly recommend Westcott Glazing.

The team at Westcott are amazing and are always super helpful, Josie especially.
We have worked with Westcott on a few project now and their service, quality and communication has always been first class. Therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending Westcott to any potential customer and/or supplier.

The process of getting everything in place was so proficient I couldn't keep up with the schedule, you can leave these guys to get on with the job and never worry; that's how organized and good Westcott are. I'll be looking to work with them again and again in future projects. Micki and her team were more helpful than ever!

Whether it’s a small order or a larger project, we can always rely on them to be organised, responsive, and easy to work with. We are very happy to be one of their suppliers and look forward to continuing our relationship.

Great Company that i would thoroughly recommend.
Supplied and installed very good quality new windows and doors all on the agreed dates.
The installation team left the property very clean and tidy .

A three week project took 4 months. We were replacing over 30 windows in our house.
The project started Jan and should have taken 2 to 3 weeks. It ended April.
They installed most of the windows in 2 weeks, but
when they took out balcony sliding doors and tried to fit the new one, it was too big. They then had to re-install the old one, leaving it in an unsafe condition, where of you slid it open the door would fall out.
They had to reorder a new sliding window, at their cost, to be manufactured resulting in nearly 2 month delay.
When they found they couldn't finish the whole job due to the reorder of the wrong size sliding door, they left the windows they had replaced unfinished. The windows were not weather sound - missing contraband tape, trims, sealant. This continued for weeks in January when it was raining continuously.
Chasing them to come and finish the installed windows was extremely tedious, and two times planned visits to complete the work were canceled as other work took priority over completing our windows.
Quality control was poor:
- there were air gaps in the foam insulation round the windows into the house, which I had to point out.
-They had to leave air gaps between the trims and the wood cladding above the windows, to allow air circulation behind the cladding. Again I had to point out where they had blocked air flow, and they had to re-fit the trims.
I don't expect to have to check the basic quality of a window install from a specialist company.
After refitting the re-ordered sliding doors, they measured a large cladding trim wrong resulting in another 3 week delay.
The team lead on site was a good guy who wanted to do a good job but the company did not provide the equivalent service. No senior manager ever apologized for the poor service, delays, and no compensation was ever proposed.
So good products - Velfac and Solarlux, but I would never use them again.
They were good at chasing for money.

Good product efficient installation

I bought the showhouse on a new development. Westcott put in triple glazing in all the bedrooms...very impressive. The house was 2 years old when it was sold to me and two of the sliding doors needed a small repair. I telephoned Westcott and spoke to the Office Manager, she requested, certain photos and window ID. I supplied. The next day, I was informed the repair would be carried out in the next few days . It was quicker than that! A SUPER easy repair, in fact that afternoon!
Great service, no hassle, super people to deal with . Thank you!

Westcott have supplied Velfac and Rationel on two projects I’ve undertaken in the last year.
Very professional service and commercially competitive. My order was delivered on time and all to specification.

Very helpful installers, all round great customer service

A really great team for our windows! They were extremely helpful and guided us through the entire process. The administrative team was very communicative. The installation team was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. There were a few tricky bits during the installation - fortunately all of their installers are trained carpenters, so they know the structure and opening nuances to make sure they fit properly.

When we were deciding what Windows to have the professionalism of the team that looked after us (james) or 2nd to none they were patient they made sure that we had everything correct and they were very competitively priced compared to other Supplies, the gentleman who came and surveyed our property was very helpful. Told us what we needed to get The Builder to do to prepare for the installation, just be aware that the internals must be finished by your Builder it’s something we hadn’t thought of and our Builder wasn’t aware of it either which makes a lot of sense but the fittings do encroach to the second skin of brickwork which has to be left exposed for the fitters to fit the windows which helps give them their U value. Which I assure you a 2nd to none. The team that fitted the windows were excellent most helpful on time and really cared about the look and the finish of what was being done. So very happy we would thoroughly recommend them not only for the quality of the Windows but also for the service that this company has provided us from start to finish.
Everybody we have dealt with has been professional helpful and committed to giving us the best service they can.
