Arbitrary rule enforcement - payout refused despite no risk transfer possible
I am writing this review to document a factual and verifiable issue regarding rule enforcement at WeMasterTrade.
The firm refused my payout based on a so‑called “risk cycling / transfer of risk” rule. According to their explanation, opening a trade on Account B within one hour after Account A was terminated constitutes a violation — even if Account A was already closed.
Here are the facts:
• Account A was terminated due to a daily loss breach
• Once terminated, Account A had no capital, no exposure, and no ability to generate or transfer risk
• A closed account cannot technically or financially transfer risk to another account.
This is the second time this rule 10.3 has been applied arbitrarily against me:
The first time, I achieved all their objectives and received my payout request but they initially refused because I opened the second account 8 seconds too early (less than one hour)
This second instance is also a payout that I earned, yet it was refused under the same poorly justified rule
The stated purpose of such rules is to prevent risk cycling between simultaneously active accounts. In both situations, no risk transfer was possible, as the first account was already closed.
I requested a written explanation of how risk cycling could occur from a terminated account and where this interpretation is explicitly stated in the contract. The company did not provide any technical explanation and simply replied that the decision was “final” after internal review.
This appears to be a mechanical and arbitrary application of a rule, disconnected from its stated risk‑management purpose, and not clearly defined in the e-contract you sign before starting trading.
All communications, timelines, and contractual references are documented and can be provided for verification.
I am sharing this review so other traders are aware of how rules may be interpreted after the fact.

The Trading Interval Restriction (Section 10.3) is a fundamental risk-management rule clearly stated in WeMasterTrade’s Terms and Conditions, which all traders agree to prior to trading.
After review, we confirm that on 24/12/2025, your accounts MT5 IDs: 1077770 and 1077766 were found to be in violation of Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction. At that time, we provided you with a detailed written explanation via email and offered you the opportunity to reset your accounts, allowing you to continue trading with full compliance. This was communicated as a final opportunity.
We also explicitly informed you that any future violations of the same rule could result in permanent termination without further notice.
Unfortunately, despite this prior notice, the same violation occurred again.
Specific instance:
On December 29, after closing 11 positions on MT5 ID: 1077770 for XAUUSD_ at 17:22:08, a trade was placed on another account (MT5 ID: 1077766) at 17:22:53, which is within the restricted interval defined by Section 10.3.
As per our policies, breaches of the Trading Rules—regardless of intent—result in enforcement actions to ensure fair and consistent risk management across all traders.
Conclusion & Resolution
Due to the repeated violation of Section 10.3, the withdrawal request W000007453 cannot be approved. Following a final internal review and in accordance with our procedures, MT5 ID: 1077766 has been terminated.
We understand this outcome may be disappointing; however, our responsibility is to apply our Terms and Conditions consistently and without exception to maintain a fair trading environment for all participants.

I have successfully received a payout via crypto before; the process was impressive and I received the funds within just one day. I appreciate the transparent and straightforward rules. I have now fulfilled the withdrawal conditions for the second time and am proceeding with my second payout. I am also planning to upgrade to a larger evaluation account soon. I am not agreeing with the justification provided by the risk team and here is detail explanation given below.
Section 10.
“If a position on a specific symbol is open and currently at a loss, the customer is prohibited from opening a new position on the same symbol in any of their other accounts, regardless of the timing.
If the losing position has been closed, the customer must wait at least one hour from the time the losing trade was closed before initiating a new trade on the same symbol in any other account they own.”
This section could not apply on terminated account, when account terminated so it is not remains the account of the trader. Secondly in this section mentioned the same symbol and also in your reply you mentioned the pair BTCUSD but in my MT5 ID 1057589 my lost trade was XAUUSD but in my new purchased MT5 ID 1063225 I open a trade with BTCUSD so there is the difference between the symbol.
The other and most important reason is that when I violated the rules why not my account suspended/terminated or notified via email/ notification at that time that I would not receive the payout. After wasting my one time and at the time of payout it declined.
Despite all the above facts declining the payout would lead toward the legitimization, scamming and harmful to the reputation of the firm. Therefore, once again I requesting your firm to please release my hard earned Payout.

Regarding your statement that the trades involved different symbols, we would like to clearly confirm that a BTCUSD trade was executed, and visual evidence (including screenshots and trading history) has already been shared with you via email. As such, this point is no longer open to interpretation or dispute.
We would also like to reiterate an important provision under Section 10 of our rules, which states:
“If a position on a specific symbol is open and currently at a loss, the customer is prohibited from opening a new position on the same symbol in any of their other accounts… in any other account they own.”
Please note the following clarifications:
Traders are fully permitted to own multiple accounts.
However, this rule applies to all accounts owned by the trader, regardless of account status, including active, terminated, suspended, or non-trading accounts.
An account being terminated does not remove it from the trader’s ownership, nor does it exempt the trader from cross-account trading restrictions.
Regarding notifications or immediate account suspension, we would like to clarify that:
Inter-account trading violations are reviewed manually, not through any automated system.
The Risk Team conducts this review after a payout (PO) request is submitted, by manually examining all related accounts owned by the trader.
As a result, such violations may only be identified during the payout review process, not necessarily at the time the trade is placed, and therefore no automatic email or real-time notification is generated at that stage.
Based on these findings, the payout decision was made strictly in accordance with documented trading activity and established rules, and was neither retroactive nor arbitrary.
We assure you that our policies are applied consistently and fairly to all traders in order to protect the integrity of the trading environment. While we understand your disappointment, the payout decision in this case must remain unchanged.

Positive Early Experience with 510zero
I recently enrolled in a 510zero account and began trading. I have met all the required criteria and have submitted a payout request. At the time of writing, it has been approximately 48 hours since the request was made. Posting a comment here is part of the payout support process, as requested by their support team. As I am still new to this company, I am sharing my experience so far.
Up to now, customer support has been excellent—responses are fast, clear, and detailed, and they are able to address questions effectively. The system works well, and from a trading perspective, execution has been smooth with no noticeable delays. Traders should pay close attention to all rules and follow them strictly in order to pass successfully.
One area for potential improvement is the restriction on trading while a payout request is being processed. During the waiting period, trading is not allowed, which means opportunities can be missed when the market moves significantly. Allowing limited or conditional trading during this time could improve the overall trader experience.
I am currently waiting for the payout, and I will update my feedback if there are any changes based on my experience.

I have successfully received my first payout, which required completing a review on Trustpilot/Facebook/Discord and Line note before the payout was approved.
Currently, I have submitted my second payout request and am in the waiting period again.
Update 5-Feb-2026
I have successfully received two payouts from my 510zero account without any issues, and the process has been smooth and reliable.
For this account type, the profit split structure is clearly defined: if you make less than 8% of the initial balance, you receive 10% of your profit. If you achieve 8% or more, the split increases to 50% for the first payout, then 75%, and 90% for the second and third payouts. Additionally, account scaling still applies even if you earn below 8% and request a payout.
Please note that different account types may have different rules, and some countries may also have slightly different conditions based on local policies.
During my third payout request, it was initially rejected because some trades were closed in under two minutes, which raised concerns about High Frequency Trading. I contacted support to explain that these trades simply hit take-profit quickly due to market volatility, not intentional tick scalping. My trading frequency is actually quite low (only about 10 trades over 6 days).
The admin/support team responded very quickly and reviewed my case carefully. They understood the situation almost immediately and handled everything professionally. After their review, my payout was approved. I really appreciate how fast, responsive, and reasonable their support team is.
Overall, my experience has been positive. The firm is transparent, fair, and trader-friendly. For anyone trading with 510zero (or other Wemastertrade accounts), I recommend holding trades for at least two minutes and avoiding tick-scalping behavior to stay within their guidelines. I will continue updating my Trustpilot review as I keep trading with Wemastertrade, so anyone interested can follow my ongoing experience with full transparency and honest feedback.

Está empresa tiene buen soporte que aclara todas tus dudas. A veces tardan horas en contestar pero cuando lo hacen te aclaran cualquier duda. Las reglas de trading son muy claras y todo bien en eso. El único y gran problema que tiene es sus pagos. El 11 de Enero pedí un retiro por transferencia bancaria, tuve que esperar 4 días para que me llegará el certificado que debes publicar en redes sociales, me dijeron de 3 a 5 días hábiles te pagamos. Ya van 6 días hábiles y a mí cuenta bancaria no a llegado nada. Por si fuera poco hicieron una actualización donde mandan tu dinero a una billetera virtual en la que si no tienes una billetera crypto o te creas una cuenta en volet jamás te pagarán porque no hay más formas de retiro. Ya hablé con varios de soporte y ninguno puede resolverme, ya mandé tickets y ninguno sabe que pasa, la verdad ya hasta dudo que me vayan a pagar. Mis únicas opciones de retiro eran Paypal y transferencia bancaria pero cuando pedí mi retiro, desaparecieron esas opciones. Podrá tener muchos beneficios pero de nada sirve si no paga o si paga solo cuando ellos quieran hacerlo.

Following a detailed investigation by our Risk Team, we identified the following violation:
MT5 ID: 1085509
On 2026-01-16, the account was logged in and traded while connected through a VPN, which is explicitly prohibited for Vietnam clients.
VPN usage is not a minor technical issue. It has been directly linked to potential trading abuses, including:
Circumventing geographical restrictions
Evading account or risk management limits
Coordinated or manipulative trading across multiple accounts
As a result of this confirmed violation:
Withdrawal request W000128814 has been declined
Account 1085509 has been terminated, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions
We would also like to clarify that this action is rule-based, not discretionary, and applies equally to all clients. The relevant policy regarding VPN usage for Vietnam clients has been made publicly available and communicated in advance.

After a detailed investigation conducted by our Risk Department, the trading activity associated with MT5 ID: 1078657 was found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically relating to high-frequency rapid trading and manipulative trading behavior.
Key findings from the review include:
+ Out of 31 positions, 19.35% were identified as high-frequency rapid trades.
+ These trades generated 43.67% of the total realized profit.
+ A large volume of rapid, repetitive orders was executed on XAUUSD_, exceeding acceptable trading thresholds.
While scalping and short-term trading are not prohibited, strategies that rely on excessive frequency and consistency may trigger additional review, as clearly stated in Section 10.6 – Arbitrage and Manipulative Practices of our Terms and Conditions. In this case, the trading activity negatively impacted execution quality and system integrity.
Based on these confirmed violations, the withdrawal request W000006969 was declined, and the account was permanently terminated in accordance with our enforcement policy.
We would also like to clarify that payouts are always processed when all trading rules are met. Thousands of traders have successfully received their payouts, which can be verified through our official communities and public feedback channels.
Accounts are only terminated when there is a clear violation of trading rules. All rules are fully transparent and publicly available on our official website prior to purchase.

My first withdrawals were processed very quickly, and the funds usually arrived in my account within one day, which gave me a good impression of the platform. Recently, the number of payouts seems to have increased a lot, so processing has become slower than before.
