Last year October I received my payout with them my largest payout around 3000 USD they pay me with no excuse at all unlike other firms that I have to interview first. I mainly trade gold their gold spread is good it is around 25-30 points.Now I am requesting another payout. I will review again in the future. So far so good right now.

I just submitted withdrawal request. Let's watch ...
IWe master trade have rejected my withdrawal request without any reason, they have also disabled my two accounts , one instant 25k, and one challenge phase of 25k. Reason they show in email that " I have traded same lot and same time on both accounts..
Is this fair??. They have asked that I have violated section 10.3.. I could not find it any where.. they did fraud with me

After a detailed review, our Risk Team identified activity on your MT5 accounts 1028600 and 1028163 that breached Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction in WeMasterTrade’s Terms and Conditions:

Specific instance identified:
On November 19, two positions on MT5 1028600 (symbol XAUUSD_) were closed at 10:01:13 and 10:11:32. A subsequent trade was then placed on MT5 1028163 at 10:34:57, which constitutes a prohibited trading interval and cycling risk between accounts.
As a result, withdrawal request W000007462 could not be approved. However, considering that this may have been unintentional, we have decided not to permanently terminate the accounts. Both MT5 accounts have been reset, allowing trading to continue in compliance with our rules.
Please note that any similar violations in the future may result in permanent termination. Our support team remains available should you need further clarification.

I requested my withdrawal on December 23 and it’s been pending ever since until today when the god lies it say a withdrawal will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

Chúng tôi xin làm rõ rằng hiện tại khách hàng không có bất kỳ yêu cầu payout nào được ghi nhận trong hệ thống. Tài khoản của bạn MT5: 1014372 đã bị terminate do vi phạm Risk Consistency Rule lần thứ 2.
Theo quy định của WeMasterTrade:
Lần vi phạm đầu tiên, hệ thống sẽ tự động reset tài khoản nhằm hỗ trợ trader có thêm cơ hội và hiểu rõ hơn về quy tắc Risk Consistency.
Nếu vi phạm lần thứ 2, tài khoản sẽ bị khóa vĩnh viễn (terminate) theo đúng quy định đã được công bố và áp dụng thống nhất cho tất cả trader.
Do tài khoản đã bị terminate vì vi phạm quy tắc, nên không phát sinh cũng như không đủ điều kiện để payout.
Chúng tôi mong bạn xem lại kỹ các quy định giao dịch trước khi đánh giá, và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ giải đáp nếu bạn có thắc mắc về rule trong quá trình giao dịch.

Chúng tôi rất tiếc khi đọc được phản hồi tiêu cực này, tuy nhiên sau khi kiểm tra hệ thống, chúng tôi không thể tìm thấy bất kỳ tài khoản khách hàng nào khớp với thông tin được cung cấp trong nội dung đánh giá.
Xin làm rõ rằng quy trình rút tiền tiêu chuẩn của We Master Trade là từ 3–5 ngày làm việc. Trong một số trường hợp đặc biệt, thời gian xử lý có thể kéo dài hơn nếu cần thêm bước kiểm tra bổ sung (additional review) nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định và an toàn cho cả hai bên.
Chúng tôi khuyến nghị khách hàng liên hệ trực tiếp với bộ phận hỗ trợ chính thức và cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin tài khoản, thay vì đưa ra những cáo buộc không có cơ sở như “lừa đảo”. Mọi yêu cầu hợp lệ đều được xử lý theo đúng quy trình minh bạch đã công bố.

Se vende como un broker muy flexible pero todo lo contrario. Se me devolvió un swing en el oro y cerró en BE y terminaron tomándolo como una pérdida diaria a pesar de que cerró en BE. De los peores que hay en el mercado.
Cero recomendado para comprar esta empresa.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Lamentamos sinceramente la frustración que esta situación le ha causado y entendemos por qué puede resultar confuso, especialmente cuando una operación termina en BE (Break Even).
No obstante, es importante aclarar brevemente que la regla de Daily Loss no se calcula según el resultado final de una operación, sino por el equity alcanzado durante el día. En su cuenta, el sistema tomó como base el valor más alto entre el balance y el equity inicial, y cuando el equity cayó aunque sea momentáneamente por debajo del límite diario permitido, se registró una violación automática, incluso si la operación posteriormente volvió a BE.
Entendemos que esta regla puede sentirse estricta y lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Agradecemos su opinión, ya que nos ayuda a comunicar estas normas de forma más clara y transparente a otros traders.
