Wemastertrade is a scam
Wemastertrade is a scam. Be careful. My previous payouts were all processed very smoothly. However, once my total payouts reached $10,500, they accused me of intentional trading and rotating between multiple accounts, even though I have only ever traded on a single account. This time I was eligible for a 90% profit split, about $5,400, so the firm came up with a ridiculous excuse to refuse my payout.

We strongly reject the claim that WeMasterTrade is a scam. Your own trading history demonstrates that your previous payouts were processed smoothly and without issue. In fact, you have successfully received a total of $10,522.79 in payouts. This clearly shows that at WeMasterTrade, payments are always processed when no trading rule violations occur.
Following a careful and comprehensive review of your recent trading activity, our investigation identified serious concerns regarding intentional, coordinated trading behavior conducted in a planned and organized manner with other related accounts.
Our findings indicate that this activity was structured to circumvent internal risk controls and monitoring mechanisms, resulting in risk cycling and artificial distribution of exposure across multiple accounts. Such behavior is inconsistent with the purpose and spirit of our trading programs and constitutes a material breach of WeMasterTrade’s Terms and Conditions, including Section 10 – Termination of Contract. This directly harms the integrity of our risk management framework.
The identified conduct reflects deliberate cooperation between multiple accounts and an attempt to exploit the structure of our trading environment, which is strictly prohibited.
Final Decision
Due to the severity of these violations, and considering the recurring nature of similar trading behavior found throughout your trading history, we have determined that continued cooperation is no longer possible.
Effective immediately:
+ The associated customer profiles have been permanently banned.
+ All services and access under your WeCopyTrade and WeMasterTrade accounts have been terminated.
+ All current trading accounts linked to these profiles have been closed.
+ All pending withdrawal requests have been rejected as invalid.
This decision is final and non-appealable. It has been made to protect the integrity, fairness, and long-term sustainability of the trading environment for all compliant traders.

the rule is too strict. as a swing trader, they forced us to make the same amout of profit for at least 5 times (profit consistency rule, required 20% of profit consistency) to get a 50% payout so I have to wait for my setting at least 1-2 months

We understand that trading rules can sometimes feel strict, especially for swing traders who naturally hold positions longer and plan setups over weeks. After a detailed review of your trading history, our Risk Team identified a violation of Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction in our Terms and Conditions.
Specifically:
+ On 2025-12-11, you closed a position on MT5 ID: 1066689 (XAUUSD_) at 17:51:36.
+ Shortly after, at 18:47:51, a new trade was placed on another account MT5 ID: 1019025.
This pattern indicates a transfer of risk between accounts within a restricted interval, which breaches our Trading Interval Restriction rule. This rule exists to prevent coordinated account rotation and to protect the integrity of our risk management framework.
Action Taken:
+ Both accounts (MT5 IDs: 1019025 and 1066689) will be reset, giving you a final opportunity to continue trading with us in full compliance with the rules.
+ When an account is reset due to a rule violation, the profit split is temporarily adjusted to 10% for the next cycle only. After that, it will return to the standard 50%–90% profit share structure.
Regarding the Profit Consistency Rule:
+ Your single largest profit day must not exceed 20% of your total accumulated profit on the account.
+ This rule ensures that profits are consistent and sustainable, rather than the result of isolated high-profit trades.
+ As a swing trader, you may need to trade over several weeks until your performance meets this consistency requirement before you qualify for the full payout percentage.

Withdrawal Rejected with Contradictory Reasons
I traded with WeMasterTrade using the same consistent strategy and successfully received two withdrawals without any issues.

- Withdrawal ID: W000007388 (Amount: 9,530.17 USD)
When I requested my third withdrawal, the company initially claimed I violated Clause 3.5 by “exploiting the gap between market close and reopen.” Later, they changed the explanation to “exploiting volatility at market open.”
This is a clear contradiction. Clause 3.5 explicitly refers to gap exploitation, not normal trading at the start of a session such as the Asian session (after 23:00 UTC). My trades were swing trades lasting more than two hours, documented on their own dashboard, and do not fall under the prohibited practices.
Changing the justification from gap exploitation to volatility exploitation shows inconsistency in applying rules and undermines transparency and fairness. This raises serious questions about the company’s credibility and fairness toward its customers.
Update:
Trading after session openings is a legitimate practice and does not violate any clause in your rules. Executing trades repeatedly at the same time is proof of discipline and proper application of a strategy, as expected from any professional trader.
The reason for rejecting my third withdrawal is the strength of my strategy in generating consistent profits for more than two months. This is confirmed by your contradictory explanations: first citing “gap exploitation,” now claiming “repeated pattern.”
How can a trader be profitable without a consistent and repeatable trading pattern, far from gap exploitation or news timing?

All my trades were executed more than 10 minutes after the Asian session opened, proven in my account dashboard. Every trade was swing-based, and none hit take profit in under two hours.
WeMasterTrade gave contradictory reasons for refusing my withdrawal: first Gap Exploitation, then Repeated Pattern at Market Open, and finally a vague “Risk Team decision.”
It is clear the company simply does not want to pay. These shifting excuses show confusion and a deliberate attempt to make me look wrong at any cost.

This demonstrates that at WeMasterTrade, payouts are consistently processed when trading activity remains within the permitted guidelines.
However, regarding your most recent withdrawal request, after a detailed and comprehensive review of your trading activity, our Risk Management Team identified a consistent execution pattern across your Match-Trade accounts (IDs 3506 and 6985) that violates Clause 3.5 – Trading During Specific Market Conditions, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
While individual trades may have been held for more than two hours, our assessment was based on the overall trading behavior rather than holding duration alone. Specifically, we observed the repeated opening of positions immediately at market open, followed by reliance on the heightened volatility typically present at that moment. Such patterns fall under restricted practices, regardless of trade duration, as they are considered to exploit abnormal market conditions rather than standard intra-session price movements.
Regarding the time references mentioned in your review, the notification email reflected the time zone of the platform you were trading on — Match-Trade (GMT+0). When converted to GMT+2 (the server time of the product), the trades appear as being opened immediately after market open. However, irrespective of the time zone displayed, our internal review confirmed that the positions were consistently executed at the exact moment the market opened.
We understand that this outcome may be disappointing. However, our responsibility is to apply trading rules consistently and fairly to all traders in order to maintain a transparent and sustainable trading environment.

- المشكلة الاولى
لقد اشتريت حسابين من الشركة المذكورة واخبرت الدعم وقالت بأنه لا مشكلة في التداول بحسابين بل على العكس ساعدتني باختيار الباقية دون ان يذكر اي قاعد متعلقت بارتباط الحسابين ببعضها او لوجود اي قاعدة متعلقت بطبيعة الاستراتيجية التي اتداول بها على كل حساب.
لاكمل لاحقا العمل وتحقيق الهدف على الحساب الاول ونصف الهدف في الحساب الثاني علما ان الحسابين هما 10k- 25k
لاتفاجى عند طلب السحب برفضه واعادة تعيين الارباح في كلا الحسابين بحجة انني قد خسرت صفقة وافتتحت صفقة ثانية رابحة على الحساب الثاني بعد 1:56 ساعة واقفلت بعد اقفال الاولى
وان هذا بالنسبة لهم تلاعب بالمخاطر علما ان القاعدة مكتوبة باحد الزوايا بانه يجب ان يكون الفارق هو 1 ساعة
علما ان الصفقة الثانية كانت بهدف الحفاظ على تنشيط الحساب ولم اكل اتداول بشكل دائم عليه
بعد مراسلة الدعم المستهتر والغير مسؤول والذي حول الموضوع لنكتة عامية وسيل من المراوغات والاجوبة التي لا تتعلق بالموضوع ولينتهي بعد طول انتظار بطريقة وقحة "بدك الحسابات او لا -الرسالة على البريد الالكتروني"
ثم لتكمل محاولة الشد والجذب مع بقية فريق الدعم ومسؤول العلامة التجارية الذي قال بأنني اتلاعب بهم رغم ارسال لصور رسائل البريد الالكتروني
لتنتهي كما هو متوقع بالمماطلة ومحاولة استبعاب الامر
عند طلب تقديم الشكوى تم ارسال نموذج ليتواصل مدير التسويق ومحاولة تبريد المشكلة وبأنه يعدني بأن الدعم سيحاسب ليظهر لاحقا بأن نفس الدعم ونفس الاسلوب عاد ليرد عليي في المشكلة الثانية
في ما يلي صور لرسائل البريد الالكتروني وصور الصفقتان اللتان حوسبت عليهما وواضح الفارق الزمني للفتح والاغلاق ورسائل الواتس اب والاصوات.
ونترك لكم الحكم على المشكلة الاولى بعد التمعن وقراءة رسائل البريد الالكتروني والصور وسماع الاصوات.
ولن اضيف ماذا يمكن اصف الشركة ومهنيتها فذلك حديث لاحق بعد تقييم حضراتكم
اما المشكلة الثانية:
بدأت اتداول على حساب واحد 25k فقظ وباستراتيجية طويلة وليست سكالبينغ
وبعد تحقيق الهدف وطلب السحب كما المعتاد رفض السحب
بسبب وجود 27 صفقة تم اغلاقها لمدة 2 ل3 دقيقة من اصل 279 صفقة
ووفقا للدعم ان 27 صفقة تمثل 25.09% علما انها بعملية حسابية تساوي 10%
كما اضافت الشركة ان مجموع ارباح الصفقات السكالبينغ المعترض عليها يساوي 54% من ربح الحساب علما انها بعملية حسابية بسيطة تساوي 15.5%
والارقام مذكورة في الايميل المرسل من قبلهم
وعند طلب مراجعة الصفقات يرد الدعم بأنه يمكن ان تراجع بنفسك صفقاتك الموجود في المنصة وبذلك عليي فاح 279 صفقة وتسجيل وقت الدخول والخروج لابرهن لهم ذلك علما انه المنصة الخاصة بالشركة مصممة بشكل غير جيد ولا تسمح بخيارات فلترة
ليكمل الدعم بنفس الاسلوب السابق في الرود العشوائية والمتعالية وبكلام غير مفهوم سيرفق بالصور
ولنصل بعد تواصل لعدة ساعات بأن الدعم كل رسالة يقوم بتغيير سبب ايقاف السحب
انا للآن وصلني عدة اسباب تتضارب مع بعضها البعض
-اولا تم تزويدي بصفقات معترض عليها ووضع نسبة وهي غير صحيحة
- ثانيا نسبة ربح وخسارة الصفقات المعترض عليها غير صحيحة
- ثالثا ان الشركة لا مشكلة لديها في التداول السكالبينغ وفقا لما تصرح به
-رابعا وصلني ايميل ان المشكلة ان السكالب حدث بشهر فبراير وهو غير منطقي مقارنة بعدد الايام في الشهر الحالي والذي كنت قد شارفت على تحقيق الهدف كما انه لا يوجد قاعدة تحدد الشهر
- خامسا عدد الصفقات المفتوحة في ان واحد لا يزيد عن 5 صفقات لا يتجاوز لوت الصفقة عن 0.01 او 0.02 في ان واحد وكما يوجد ايام لم اتداول بها حيث برر الدعم ان عدد الصفقات كبير جدا ومتكرر بشكل كبير
-سادسا انا لا اتداول بشكل فعلي سكالبينغ ويمكنكم مراجعة الصفقات التي حققت اكبر ربح او اكبر خسارة وهي النسبة المعظم
-سابعا الصفقات المغلقة بسرعة اما ناتجة عن تحركات السعر السريعة في الاونة الاخيرة او الاقفال كادارة مخاطر خوفا من التقلبات الحادة للاسعار والتي يخشاها كل المتداولين وتخشاها حتى الشركة وانا احترم رأسمالي وقواعد الخسارة اليومية وخسارة وربح الصفقة
- سابعا تم الحديث عن عدم تطابق الصفقات مع صفقات الشركة والبنك وكأنني مسؤول عن ذلك او انني منصة الكترونية مسؤولة عن المطالبقة ومطالبة بها.
علما انهم يصرحون انهم لا ينسخون من العميل مباشرة الا بعد اجراء عدة سحوبات ليضمنوا نجاح العميل ومدى انضباطه
اخيرا ليرد الدعم بنفس الطريقة ان القرار نهائي وانهم بشكل غير مباشر سيكتفون فقط باعادة تعيين الحساب وانه قرار نهائي
لدي صور للايميلات والمحادثات بشكل كامل في حال طلبت للاسباب وطريقة رد الدعم غير المحترمة والعشوائية ورفضهم ارسال لي ادلة على التخطي وحتى عدم اجراء اي مراجعة وارسال سجل الصفقات

بعد إجراء مراجعة شاملة ومفصلة لكامل سجل التداول، حدّد فريق إدارة المخاطر لدينا وجود مخالفات لشروط وأحكام شركة WeMasterTrade على الحسابات التالية:
MT5 ID: 1087191
MT5 ID: 1088059
1. قيد الفاصل الزمني بين التداولات – البند 10.3
تُظهر سجلاتنا أنه في 22 يناير، وأثناء وجود صفقة خاسرة مفتوحة على الحساب MT5 ID: 1088059 (XAUUSD_)، تم فتح صفقة جديدة على حساب آخر MT5 ID: 1087191 عند الساعة 17:23:16، وذلك ضمن فترة زمنية محظورة بين حسابات مترابطة.
ويُعد هذا السلوك مخالفة للبند 10.3 – قيد الفاصل الزمني للتداول، والذي وُضع لمنع التحايل على إدارة المخاطر عبر استخدام عدة حسابات.
2. التداول عالي التكرار والممارسات التلاعبية – البند 10.6
أظهر التحليل الإضافي للحساب MT5 ID: 1088059 أن نمط التداول المتّبع تجاوز الحدود المقبولة، وذلك على النحو التالي:
إجمالي الصفقات التي تم تحليلها: 279 صفقة
نسبة الصفقات القصيرة عالية التكرار: 25.09% من إجمالي الصفقات
نسبة الأرباح الناتجة عن هذه الصفقات: 54.17% من إجمالي الأرباح المحققة
رغم أن التداول السكالبينغ بحد ذاته غير محظور لدى WeMasterTrade، إلا أن شروطنا تنص بوضوح على أنه في حال اعتماد الاستراتيجية بشكل مفرط على صفقات قصيرة المدة، متكررة وعالية الكثافة، فقد يخضع الحساب لمراجعة إضافية من قبل فريق المخاطر.
وكما هو مذكور في البند 10.6 – التحكيم والممارسات التلاعبية:
"في WeMasterTrade، لا يُعد السكالبينغ محظورًا. ومع ذلك، إذا كان نشاط التداول الخاص بالعميل يعتمد بشكل شبه كامل على السكالبينغ عالي التكرار وبوتيرة غير معتادة، يحق لفريق إدارة المخاطر إجراء مراجعة إضافية لضمان نزاهة النظام وعدالته."
نتائج التحقيق
أكدت مراجعتنا وجود عدد كبير من الأوامر السريعة والمتكررة على زوج XAUUSD_، وهو ما:
تجاوز حدود التكرار المقبولة
أثر سلبًا على استقرار تنفيذ الصفقات
تسبب في تعطيل عملية نسخ الصفقات
أدى إلى عدم تطابق بين صفقات العميل وتنفيذها على حسابات السيولة البنكية وبين ظروف السوق الفعلية
القرار النهائي
بناءً على ما سبق، تم تصنيف هذه التصرفات على أنها مخالفة صريحة لشروط وأحكام الشركة. وكما تم إبلاغكم سابقًا، فإن القرار المتخذ بخصوص هذه الحسابات نهائي ويتماشى مع سياسات إدارة المخاطر المعتمدة لدينا.
