Payout Rejected 20,837.11 USD, Based on Assumptions – Very Disappointing Experience
My experience with WeMasterTrade has been extremely disappointing and unfair.
After approximately six months of honest and consistent trading, my payout request was suddenly rejected and my account was terminated due to an alleged violation of the Trading Interval Restriction rule.
The most concerning part is that I only had one trading account. All trades were executed manually based on my own analysis and trading decisions.
Despite this, WeMasterTrade attempted to associate my account with another trader’s account and accused us of “risk transfer.” This accusation was made without clear technical proof and without demonstrating identical trades, mirrored positions, or coordinated execution.
The rules published on their website explain Trading Interval Restriction in a way that applies to multiple accounts owned by the same trader. There is no clear statement prohibiting two independent traders from the same household or sharing the same internet connection from trading the same instrument or entering trades within similar time periods.
Instead of clearly showing where the rule was violated, the Risk Team relied on assumptions and broad interpretations. When I requested clarification, I received only general template responses without specific explanations.
Rejecting a payout after months of trading based on unclear rules is extremely unfair and raises serious concerns about transparency and business ethics.
I traded honestly and followed the rules as they were written, yet my payout was denied and my account was terminated without proper justification.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in WeMasterTrade.
I cannot recommend this company to any serious trader. Based on my experience, this firm shows clear red flags when it comes to payout handling and rule interpretation.
Traders should think carefully before investing their time and money here.

After a thorough investigation, our Risk Team confirmed that the accounts registered under nurulazuraahmad@gmail.com
and kharixtrader@gmail.com
were operating from the same household environment. Our system recorded over 130 violations of the Trading Interval Restriction between October and January. The trading activity showed synchronized timing, matching volumes, overlapping positions, and clear behavior consistent with risk transfer.
For example, on January 23, after a position on MT5 account 1009063 (XAUUSD) closed at 03:02:53, a trade was placed on account 1018281 at 03:27:50. On October 15, while account 1045188 held a losing XAUUSD position, another trade was placed on account 1018281 at 02:15:19. These are only selected samples; detailed evidence was attached in the Risk Team’s email. The consistency in timing and volume across accounts is clearly not coincidental and constitutes repeated rule violations.
Under our Terms & Conditions, such violations result in payout rejection, account termination, and permanent ban. This decision applies to both profiles and is final. We also emphasize that this type of violation is not accepted across the proprietary trading industry, and similar behavior typically results in bans at other prop firms as well.
Our conclusion was based on documented technical evidence, not assumptions. All explanations were provided within compliance policy. We enforce our rules consistently to protect platform integrity, and traders are responsible for ensuring fully independent trading activity at all times.
This case is now closed.

I met all the fund’s requirements to qualify for a payout, but the fund is finding reasons not to pay the reward that I rightfully deserve! I would like to clarify the situation as follows.
On Friday of that weekend, my personal mobile phone was damaged. Therefore, I temporarily used the mobile phone of Nguyễn Minh Nhật to log in to my own trading account.
At that time (Friday), my account was already in profit of nearly USD 10,000, and no trades were executed from that device.
On Monday morning at the beginning of the following week, I logged out completely from that device.
Since I did not receive any notice, warning, or information regarding any violation of the fund’s rules, I continued trading normally on my own device afterward, until my account reached a profit of over USD 12,000, which fully met the payout requirements.
However, the fund later refused to process my payout based on the above reason.
I have repeatedly explained that Nguyễn Minh Nhật is my nephew, and that I personally guide and supervise his trading activities. I also introduced WeMasterTrade to him so that he could participate independently.
At no point did I violate the fund’s trading rules, nor did I engage in account sharing or unauthorized trading activities.
Given these facts, I respectfully request a transparent review of my case and a clear explanation of how this situation constitutes a violation, as no trades were placed from the mentioned device and no prior warning was provided by the fund.

After a thorough review of your account history, our Risk Team identified a violation of our Terms & Conditions related to improper device usage. While our policy allows traders to use multiple personally owned devices, the use of shared devices or devices not personally owned by the trader is strictly prohibited. Sharing a device with any other trader, regardless of relationship, is not allowed under any circumstances.
Our investigation found that your MT5 account 1068686 was accessed multiple times from the same mobile devices used by other clients (MT5 IDs: 1073915 - minhnhat151020@gmail.com) throughout December. This pattern indicates device sharing between multiple individuals, which violates our security and compliance requirements and poses significant risks to account integrity.
As a result of this violation, your withdrawal request W000006828 has been declined. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, all accounts involved in this device-sharing activity will be terminated.
We strongly advise using only your personal trading device moving forward to avoid similar issues. We understand this may be disappointing, but these measures are essential to ensure a secure and fair trading environment for all our clients.
