I enjoyed working with these great professionals at WeLocate!
We were looking for help arranging the post bid acceptance stage, which most Maakelaars were not interested in. Luckily, we heard of WeLocate, who have a dedicated plan exclusively for this, which was a blessing for us!
They arranged for everything on our behalf and everything went smoothly! They are also very proactive and are always available whenever we had any queries. Kudos and keep up the good work!

I was introduced to WeLocate by Bank Mortgage advisor. That was the Best Thing that happened throughout the Buying Process. i did not have to do any thing. They were Exceptional , Professional , Diligent and always followed up. The end to end steps were taken by them. Absolutely No Stress. Our experience with Welocate was good until they sold us the service and appointed the selling agent. He was incredibly unhelpful and too "busy" to give any serious attention to our house search. This has caused us incredible stress and feeling of being alone in the purchase process. Also it caused additional expenses. We have asked welocate to have a conversation about what we can do and how we can get another agent but we have been ignored for more then 2 weeks already, with absolutely no responce to our emails. It is disappointing that after they sell you their service and something doesn't go as it should - you are alone.

Edit: We were contacted by welocate, in order to clear the air and share an apology, which is appreciated. The situation is now resolved, we cancelled the contract.

Welocate is amazing!!! I am very happy we decided to have them support on our whole buying a house journey. Every step in the process was smooth, speedy, stress-free and they got us the best real estate agent. :) They are also very responsive in all our questions and they supported us with everything we need from start to finish including recommendations of moving services, utility services companies which by the way also really did a good job. I can only highly recommend Welocate especially to expats like us. Thank you very much Welocate, we are now enjoying our new house!!! :)

We Locate was just the service I was after when I started looking for a new home. They simplified the process and the costs. The team are nice and easy to speak to. They reply quick to emails and happy to jump on the phone. The makelaar match was great.
There was only one delay in confirmation of Technical Inspection through one of their partners, but the problem was quickly resolved. Apart from that every step was pretty smooth and helpful. Will recommend to friends.

I cannot recommend this service enough. They are pricey, but it is worth it to not have to manage five different companies in order to do construction report, housing market report, notary, translator, etc. After just 1 phone call, the whole process started and afterwards it was just communication by e-mail, which I loved.

Welocate was very helpful since day one with tips for searching for the house and providing all required services, and also some additional services which I could choose to hire or not. This was very helpful.
