The packaging has changed and is…Not fitting right

The packaging has changed and is impossible to open without scissors which defeats the purpose of taking them on the go. Who has scissors in the car? Or if I need a new mask when I am out.
Most important, the Wellbefore 3D KN95 Pro mask with adjustable ear loops no longer fit tight under my chin. They used to fit tight and now they don't. That is scary when a mask gaps. I am hoping that it's a bad batch, they are exchanging them, but I'm not hopeful. After years of searching for the right mask, I finally find it only to have it changed for some reason. I hope they fix the problem. I am not a easy fit for masks and they discontinued the ones I have been using forever and I was just starting to trust this mask.

Rating change

I gave this company a 1 star review because my shipment was misdelivered and I struggled to get resolution.
After several emails and the poor review, the company was prompt and courteous and provided a full refund. I appreciate them doing the right thing.

Good luck correcting any issues with an order

I have a subscription and generally have not had issues with that. However, when I tried ordering a one time order for someone else, experience was much different! I did not receive a receipt for that order or an order number. Just marketing emails with no useful information. There was an issue with the order and it seems that the wrong item may have been sent. There was also no packaging slip in the order itself. I have no way of verifying what was order and therefore was not able to request a refund/exchange. If I could I would give zero stars for this experience!!!

I found you guys on a Google search and was very happy with your pricing compared to other companies I have dealt with since 2016 and I try for the incentive of 10% off first purchase and free shipping now i didn't get the 10% off and that's why the 4 stars everything else was great I have called customer service and was told I will get the 10% refund and I am waiting going forward you guys are my favorite. I have small features, and a standard mask comes up and blocks my eyes. The size small masks are a godsend! They are of great quality, the adjustable earpieces are perfect, and I could not be happier.
