I do not like that when I’m in any tab, for example, my Profile, there is no way to quickly get back to the most recent post/item. Im constantly tapping my finger on my phone. Its insane.

I find it all very difficult to find what I need to help me on my Journey and now both the weekly meeting Zoom sessions have changed. I can't go to a virual meetings there are none in my area but there are a lot of Slimming World classes and I am thinking of going there

I love the app, but wish it also showed calories. I recently upgraded to Med plus, but still not getting results. Response time is way too long, and the process need some serious work! Asking for things piece by piece instead all at once with delays at each step.

The turn around time has been very bad on getting messages from the care team. When I signed up it took almost 2 months for my authorization from insurance, and it was not a particularly great outcome. I feel like clients should not be charged during thatbprocess. I can barely afford the plan and treatment and I would love to be able to go to the dietician (who was the best part so far) but it's not covered under insurance. It feels like a lot is promised, but not covered by insurance. I basically would like more support and less cost, which seems like a big ask, but given the size of WW it seems possible. I am looking for cheaper options. I would pay it, if I felt it was worth it. The support for the cost does not match up. The promise of services that should be covered yet if not are unattainable is pretty unsatisfactory.

I’ve been taking the Wegovy pill and following the weight watchers eating plan for one month. So far I’m very happy with the results. Just got my 10 pound charm but I wish it was a real charm like it used to be.

I used WW in the past with no issues until I tried the new GP1 program. They didn't explain the obligation I was under until they had already charged my credit card. Once I saw all the steps I had to go through, I immediately called to cancel. They have been charging me $99 a month ever since. I have to call a request a refund every time. My experience was so bad I quit the whole program and will NEVER go back. This program is based on shady tactics to get users to sign up and THEN tell them all the steps and obligations they have committed to and these are not manageable steps. SHAME on you Weight Watchers. I think you sold out and you've become a greedy, nasty company.

Really enjoy how easy the app is to track. Lee my nutritionist has been wonderful to work with. I think my only complaint would be the response time with emails. I would answer a question within minutes and not get a response for 2 days.

I signed up for the WW Med+ program based on advertising that emphasized a low monthly cost ($25/month initially) and suggested that insurance coordinators would help reduce medication costs.
However, after signing up, I discovered that the cost of medications is separate and significantly higher than expected, and this was not clearly disclosed upfront. I selected interest in medication support based on the assumption that costs would be manageable.
I also was not clearly made aware that I was entering into a 12-month commitment that cannot be canceled early. When I attempted to cancel shortly after realizing the true cost, I was told I am locked into the contract until 2027 and will continue to be charged.
This experience felt misleading and lacking transparency, especially regarding total cost and cancellation terms. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this program fully understand the commitment and actual costs before signing up.

Thank you for your response. I understand you are referencing your terms and conditions; however, my concern is not the existence of the policy, but how the long-term commitment was presented at signup.
The requirement to remain in a contract through 2027 was not clearly disclosed or made obvious, and I would not have enrolled had that been clearly communicated. Transparency is especially important when it comes to long-term financial obligations and recurring billing.
I also have concerns regarding how insurance-related information was presented. It was implied that services or medications may be covered or billed through insurance, which influenced my decision to enroll. However, this was not the case in practice.
In addition, I was required to sign up before being able to view medication pricing, which limited my ability to make an informed decision prior to committing.
Since raising this concern, I have seen many other customers report similar experiences regarding unclear contract terms and ongoing billing, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue.
I am requesting a fair and reasonable resolution, including cancellation of my membership and termination of future billing. I have escalated this matter through consumer protection channels and would appreciate a further review of my account.

This app is not user friendly. Takes to much time to navigate. My experience with my medical team is good. I just can’t be bothered to work the app. It’s terrible.
