A lot of great information available. Easy to use.

I have been a part of WW off & on since 1977. It has changed a lot but I feel it is the program that is working best for me. As I attend the meetings I gain strength to keep going. Coach Kerri & all the staff are amazing and they help me realize I have all I need inside myself to succeed if I don’t give up.

I like the macros included on the WW app, the food scanner, and especially that we can obtain assistance from a clinician, nutritionist. All very well organized!

Poor customer service feedback/hard time following program.

WW makes it easy to stay on track with multiple pathways to be fit.

Hi, I live on the West Coast and wish you had more online meetings in the evening and weekends please and more GLP1 too please.

Enjoy the app, virtual meetings and in person meetings.

They are scam company. They advertise there monthly fees and how you can get a discount for the first couple months, but they bury the cancellation terms in the terms and agreement. If you sign up with them it is automatic 1 year whether you get meds or not. The app is ridiculous, it’s not user friendly and you have to do everything through it. The reps are rude and even when I determined this wouldn’t work for me and cost was a problem they said I still am required to pay for the year. I had problems with them in the pay and should have known better then to sign up. They are unreasonable and unethical with their terms and cancellations. Would never recommend them to anyone.

very difficult to use app...always have to email for technical assistance, sometimes more than once to solve problem.

I was able to start controlling my food intake by tracking my points.

Everyone is incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. I love working with my team and have been given great tools and resources!

All the questions I posed were answered in a timely manner and explained to me thoroughly, which is very important to me.

So expensive for a basic app and services

Months into my WW clinic membership, to continue, I had to agree to a 1-year contract or lose access to my medication. How is that ethical? This predatory behavior was unexpected as WW membership has been month to month for decades.
$75/month just to send in prescription refills.

I appreciate the teams prompt replies to my questions or concerns. I’m happy to finally be able to get Zepbound to help me in this weight loss journey. Not compounded Zepbound, but the real one. Makes me more confident in its effectiveness. I hope it will work for me. I like the app too, it helps me keep track of everything and most things are easy to log. I am grateful for the help I’ve received from weight watchers! Can’t get it from my own doctors. And having someone there to support me and answer questions is such a relief. Thanks WW!

Love meeting with my nutritionist. She gave me great ideas on how to get more protein in daily.

The leader at my in person workshop doesn't inspire me. This makes me not to attend and no other close in person morning workshops . I have provided other feedback but nothing has changed

Water weight has gone down so I don't feel bloated and my clothes are more comfortable. I am very happy with myself and continue to stay motivated.
